I'm VERY excited and delighted to say that I recently discovered a wonderful list of colon hydrotherapists who practice the Gravity method, over on Natalia Rose's website, HERE.
This is exciting for us, as we've never seen a list like this anywhere else and people often ask us for referrals for good hydrotherapists – well, now we all have somewhere to check out for suggestions – YAY :)
Gratitude to the lovely Natalia and her team and do hop on over there to her site and check out the list if you suspect YOUR colon might be excited to have a professional cleanse sometime soon... ;) There are many listings for the US, plus a few for other countries too...and I'm sure if you have more suggestions to add to the list, you could email them in to Natalia's team...

ENJOY :)

Monarch-Wolfe LIVE Call TONIGHT :)

Mmmmm, we had a wonderful time at the Living Light Expo in Fort Bragg last weekend. Thanks be to all of you who came along to play, or watched via the online streaming.

Mr. M and I had a booth, both gave talks and we even did a food demo together, demo-ing how we eat raw on the road ;) LOL - this was GREAT fun and we're actually considering now doing more food demos at our talks...we'll see how that unfolds... This was the first time we'd ever done a food demo with a live audience and we had NO idea how it would go - we felt like 5-year-olds let loose in a professional culinary school...and yet it went very well, seemingly and the audience seemed to genuinely love the chia pudding and apple-flax meal samples that we passed out :)

If you'd love to watch all the talks and food demos from the event, you can visit the Living Light site HERE and sign up to get access to all the yummy info. For the months of September and October you'll have 60 days to re-live the expo as many times as you like... ;)

Enjoy...

Mmmmmm, here are a couple of really sweet messages that came in recently about my book 'Raw Emotions':

"My husband and I are working through Raw Emotions (yes, we're doing the assignments!) and are being unbelievably changed. My husband has been reduced to tears by a number of the passages... just a-ha moments... just being able to name the box, if you get me. Thank you for writing this and for being such a positive female influence for me, my husband, and my daughter!

Many sweet blessings to you..."

Lisa Marie

"I have been wanting to thank you for your Juice Feasting handbook and also for Raw Emotions which have both helped me in my journey immensely. Raw Emotions has been 'someone' to turn to when I felt that I couldn't break the pattern of overeating, it has been a rock to me, providing I have the strength to cling to that rock - which I did, everything is ok. There is so much to thank you for but really only one thing - thank you so so much for being you and for sharing your self and making such a difference. You have helped me change my life.

Bless you wise woman Angela"

Love Laura xx

Awwwwww, thank YOU, lovely si*stars* :) My heart glows to know 'Raw Emotions' is helping catalyse significant shifts in people's lives and realities – LOVE it :) You can get the book HERE if you haven't delved into it yet...

Spreading the Raw Love...

I just spoke tonight for the first time ever at a women's' homeless shelter, in Sacramento. It was a unique, moving and interesting experience for me, finding out how to share this healing message in a way that makes sense and is useful for these women...it is my sincere hope that they all took away something from the evening that resonates for them and perhaps we'll hear of some interesting shifts in their lives, further down the line... This was an especially moving experience for me, as at one point I too lived in a shelter like this for a few nights, during my years in Iceland, when my life was turning inside-out and topsy-turvy...at that point I felt like I had nowhere else to go and no real clarity about the direction my life was going in...and here I was tonight, 5 or 6 years later, in a similar shelter, sharing a message of healing and positive transformation with a lovely group of women and children. My heart sings with these women and I hold the highest vision for their radiant unfoldings...I left some raw food books there with them too, to hopefully spread some inspiration...
There are many shelters like this worldwide, where women and children can find refuge...I feel these are very important healing centres for the energetic loops of this world that we cu
rrently live in. At this particular centre we visited tonight, the women not only have shelter and board, they also receive practical classes in important life skills, to help them make more positive choices when they leave the shelter... Love it... If you would love to support the work at their shelter, you can find out all about it HERE or perhaps Google for a shelter near you where you might be able to do a raw food demo/talk, donate some extra produce/books, do a DVD presentation, set up a food growing garden or something similar...let's show our sisters some raw love ;)
(p.s. we speak tomorrow night in Sacramento again - August 26th - at the Natural Foods Co-op - see HERE for details)

    Sleeping Outside...

Some of you have been emailing with confusions and questions about herbal elixirs – what they are, how to make them, why to consume them and so on...I realised that I forgot to post for y'all here the videos of Daniel Vitalis actually MAKING an elixir, when I was writing abt his ElixirCraft Program recently. So, here are the videos below – check out Daniel making a delicious, nutrient–packed, power–punching, easily assimilated beverage...

I hope that helps make things a bit clearer for y'all...and remember that you can also always check out my elixir ice cream video HERE, if you never tried that amazing concoction out too... ;)
    YUmmmmmMmMmMMmmmmmmmm... ENJOY...

on August the 17th I loved:

    1 quart water
2 cups coconut water with green powder and Merlin's Elixir
lettuce wraps stuffed with avo, dulse, sauerkrauts and sprouts with a red bell pepper and crackers on the side, followed by a few apple cinnamon snappers from Aimee's ;)
    1 quart water

water of 2 young coconuts with green powder and Merlin's Elixir
    3 cups water

Dear ones, I would value your sage guidance, please, on the matter of sleeping outside. Here's the situation: Mr. M and I live on the road and mostly travel from raw food host to raw food host, to motel, to host and so on...and we'd be very excited in all this flow to be sleeping outside more. We'd love to be connecting more intimately with the energies straight from the stars, planets and so on...AND we have some desires about how this would be put together, which include the following:

*We'd like to have a 2-person sleeping bag/cover to keep us warm.
*We'd like to have some kind of netting over us to stop people such as mosquitos biting us. We do NOT want to be enclosed inside a tent.
*We'd probably love to have something under us for some level of comfort/preventing creeping cold/wetness etc from the ground...
*We travel all over the place to warmer and cooler climes, so equipment that is user–friendly in lots of different environments would be nice.
*It would also be great to have things that are easy to put together and not very bulky ;)

SO, those are the identified preferences so far and we'd LOVE to hear your suggestions on these themes/recommended equipment and so on...so far I have liked the look of THIS netting structure (please overlook the classic '70s catalogue posing ;) ...and have also seen quite a few different 2-person sleeping bags...any further suggestions excitedly welcomed ;) Please email us at angela@rawreform.com – thank you :)

on August the 19th I loved:

    1 quart water

    1 quart water
2 cups greeeen juice: celery, cucumber, spinach, parsley, ginger
bowl of persimmon ice cream with Noniland coconut chips on the side – WOW, LOVE them :)
    3 cups water

on August the 20th I had:

    1 quart water
    double shotglass of orange juice
    1 Tbsp bee pollen

    3 cups water

    Elixir Crafts :)

Have you seen the flurry of Daniel Vitalis videos Mr. M has been posting recently over at TheRawFoodWorld.tv? WOW. The man can talk ;) I think Mr. M has posted around 10 videos of Daniel in the last few days – and that's AFTER editing ;)
If you're not familiar yet with Daniel's work, I'd strongly encourage you to go and check out some of the vids HERE and see what he's up to...we went to visit him in the mountains of New Hampshire recently and we had such a wonderful time with him, collecting spring water, making elixirs, learning about the products and visions he is bringing to the raw movement and so on... Daniel seems like a true leader and visionary to me – he was pretty much self–educated from childhood and the solid, practical, genuinely useful, cutting–edge knowledge that pours out of this man is awe–inspiring...he seems very connected to the Earth, very capable AND he is a truly gifted speaker and orator. Love it – he has soooo much to share. I was actually kind of anxious about meeting him at first, as you can see in one of the videos – lol – I could sense that there is so much in his head and being to share that I was nervous it would feel overwhelming ;) He is actually one of the most easy–going, open, approachable and kind educators I have met – a wonderful teacher :) Awwww, we love Daniel :)
As you may perhaps be aware, one of Mr. Vitalis' specialities is making powerful herbal elixir drinks. He created a whole audio course sharing the step–by–step techniques and foundational knowledge to create your OWN elixir concoctions...the course is called 'Elixir Craft' and you can get it HERE, to access 6 hours+ of Daniel sharing his top tips for yummy, nutrient–packed drinks...enjoy :)

We are in New England at the moment and it has been such a joy travelling around this beautiful area...for my birthday we were mostly around the Boston area and we had a picnic out in a park, went shopping at a yummy hemp clothing shop in Boston, wrote our intentions for the coming year, went bowling at a very sweet little bowlarama place from the '30s (Mr. M won the game ;), did some eye gazing, drank green juice, shared some divine massage and even visited Vibram shoes, the makers of the wonderful 'fivefinger' toe shoes that we love so much :) They were very welcoming and generously gave us some free toe socks as a birthday gift – lol ;) You can see my birthday video from there later today over at TheRawFoodWorld.tv ;)
Mr. Monarch also gifted me SUCH a fun gadget that allows us to listen to all the music from my iTouch as we travel in the car – LOVE it – I'm singing more than ever now, to my own favourite tooooons – thank you for the music :)

    All love,
a woman who was born in England 31 years ago. xxx

    A Space of Love... :)

Are you ready for the beautiful Space of Love/Funky Raw festie coming up next weekend – August 14th–17th – in the UK?
Mmmmm, I would be there in a split second with fairy bells on if I were in the UK right now – I went to the festie last year in the Sussex countryside and loved it sooooo much, I was beaming the whole weekend ;) I'm in New England right now though, rather than the 'original' England, so I'll be sending blissings from here instead... ;) Some of the intended delights of the festie include: raw food workshops/demos/talks, yoga, live music, wild food walks, healing area, drumming circle, trance dance, permaculture, sauna, kids' area and sound healing – yummmmmmm ;)
You can check out all the details and reserve your space on the SpaceofLove site, HERE. Enjoooyyyyyyy...

on August the 5th I had:

    1 quart water
mug of the Rawtographer's outrageously potent herbal tea with schizandra berries, goji berries, medicinal mushrooms, pau d'arco and more...
1.5 cups goji water with Marine Phytoplankton
bottle of greeeeeeeen juice and bottle of Royal Flush from Liquiteria
cherry and fig feast with almond butter and a slice of yummy raw lemon cheesecake :)
    1 quart water
    bottle of greeeen juice
little handful bee pollen/hemp seed mixture, 2 Brazil nuts and a curry powerwrap
    3 cups water

Well, speaking of celebrations, we had a lot of fun at David Wolfe's b–day party in NYC this week and he just posted a video online of the talk he did there. If you didn't see that and would like to check out the action, you can watch it HERE, to find out which kinds of plants he's been growing on his properties, hear how we all met up in Vilcabamba and even maybe learn how to reverse male pattern baldness – lol ;) It's 63 mins long – enjoy ;)

on August the 6th I had:

    1 quart water
cherry, peach and blueberry feast with creamy almond butter
1 quart spring water straight from the spring
2 tbsp bee pollen, a few leaves of fresh–picked sheep's sorrel and a few wild berries, 1 tbsp green powder, a strip of dulse
little bowl of sauerkraut and kim chee with creamy almond butter and olives – wow :)
1 cup powerful women's herbal tea from Goji Girl
    2 cups water
