nori wraps stuffed with spicy pumpkin seed dip and avocado, followed by a few macadamias with Hunza raisins
mug of herbal tea

on April the 18th I enjoyed:

1 quart water
chunk of fresh watermelon
water of a young coconut
bowl of chia pudding - chia soaked in macadamia/Hunza raisin milk, stirred with maca, ashwagandha, cinnamon and banana chunks
2 cups water
30 chlorella tablets
water of a young coconut

So here we are again dear friends at the end of the year...I trust that 2010 has been an enjoyable flow overall for you - it seems that many people are definitely going through BIG shifts/"growing pains" at this time and I trust that through all of these streeeeetches you are blossoming still...
