So here we are again dear friends at the end of the year...I trust that 2010 has been an enjoyable flow overall for you - it seems that many people are definitely going through BIG shifts/"growing pains" at this time and I trust that through all of these streeeeetches you are blossoming still... I hope that everyone takes a little time today, tomorrow or some time soon to make some notes about what you'd LOVE to manifest and focus your energy on in 2011, plus perhaps a sweet little GRATITUDE list for honouring all the wonderful things you were able to experience this year...

For now, I'd love to sign off blogging for this year with the same beautiful quote that I've finished the last few years of blogging with too:

Ring out, wild bells, to the wild sky,
The flying cloud, the frosty light;
The year is dying in the night;
Ring out, wild bells, and let him die.

--Alfred, Lord Tennyson

With brightest blessings for a superb New Year,

I have had a song from my childhood stuck in my head for the last day or so...so I thought I might share it here with you guys, as it is rather appropriate for this time of year anyway...it is called "Closing of The Year" by Wendy and Lisa and was the theme song to the 1980s film "Toys" with Robin Williams - that was one of my *favourite* films, I had it on VHS tape and watched it countless dozens of times - lol ;) This was my favourite song from the film - enjoy ;)

on December the 27th I loved:

water of a young coconut blended with Greener Grasses powder
shared cucumber salad with Mr. M; salad stuffed into nori sheets with Sea Clear + lecithin, followed by a carob Brownie Batter yumpot :)

2 mugs of horchata tea
1 cup water

On Christmas Day we suddenly decided to enjoy a spontaneous little "Raw Desserts Party" with some friends and with about two hours to prepare some goodies before people arrived, Mr. M and I whizzed around the kitchen preparing an array of yummy raw offerings...my favourite creation was a "Marvellous Mango Carob Pie" that I felt compelled to share with you guys here, as it was *SO* yummy :)
The crust/base alone and also the filling alone were both sooooo good, then combined they were outrageous ;)
Please note that the measurements for the ingredients below are *approximate* - I didn't measure anything as I was making it, so I am guessing here at how much I used of things - please feel free to PLAY with your food and this recipe, if you try making it...enjoy ;)

Marvellous Mango Carob Pie

Base:
1lb ground dried almonds
4 tbsp raw honey (or coconut syrup, sweetener of your choice ;)
3 tbsp raw carob powder
2 tsp maca powder
pinch of salt

Place all ingredients for the base/crust into a food processor and process together into a light, mealy 'dough'. Transfer into a cake tin/dish of some kind and press into shape as a pie crust. This mixture can also just be used as it is, rolled into "yumballs" in your hands for example, or squished into "cookies", for example...

Filling:
2-3 mangoes
2 cups fresh coconut meat
2 tbsp coconut oil
dash of cinnamon to taste
handful of dried Incan berries
LOVE :)

Place all ingredients for the pie filling into a blender and blend together until smooth; taste for flavour balance, adjust as you like and when ready, pour the filling into the pie crust and place the pie in a fridge or freezer to set. If you have any excess filling, you can serve it as a separate "pudding", freeze it into ice cream and so on... The coconut oil in the filling will help to firm up the pie in the fridge/freezer. When the pie is "set", you can decorate the top with more Incan Berries, or chopped fresh fruit etc as you like and then...ENJOY :)))

All love and bountiful explorations of joy,

Mr.M and I watched a really cool little documentary recently on YouTube, thanks to Sue Healy, the healer I'm doing some very interesting "Reference Point Therapy" with in the UK...Sue and I are currently working through clearing parts of my ancestral lineage and she recommended we check out the documentary "The Great Sperm Race" on YouTube - this is an hour long British documentary in six parts, which traces the epic journey of sperm to the point of actually fertilising an egg...all scaled up to HUMAN size, so we can get a sense of how extraordinary this journey is...literally thousands of people appear in this film, dressed up all in white to represent the sperm...and their truly amazing journey is charted step by step, with some mind-boggling statistics shared along the way...when watching something like this, I feel totally amazed that any of us exist at all, let alone almost 7 BILLION of us at this point ;) You can check out this film for free on YouTube - the first part is HERE and there are five more parts that you can find in the side-bars - enjoy :)))

    6. Hand Analysis Sessions - as some of you know, I am very interested in non-predictive hand reading (think 'lehandanalysis.jpgft-brain/scientific' hand reading, rather than crystal ball gypsies... ;) I would *highly* recommend a life purpose/hand analysis session for loved ones as gifts if you're interested - you might check out RonelleCoburn.com or HandAnalyst.com for Baeth Davis - be aware that both of these ladies are in HIGH demand, so book early if you're keen ;)

I am super-excited to let you know that if you didn't see already, our dear friend and fantastic philosopher, Brian Johnson, is having a huge clearout sale of physical products over at PhilosophersNotes.com :)
I have mentioned Mr. Johnson and his wonderful work many times before, not least because this month we are giving away THREE copies of his new book as giveaway prizes... (see HERE for details ;)
Brian decided to clear out the mini-stash of physical products he had created in the last year or so for PhilosophersNotes.com - this includes workbooks with ALL of the summary notes he has completed so far on 100+ amazing self-development books, plus CDs of the notes read out loud, plus my personal favourite, super-cool tiny little MP3 players pre-loaded with ALL of the spoken note summaries - at the amazing price of just $20 right now - WOW :)
I have one of these little MP3 players and I listen to it EVERY day at the moment - I love all the condensed wisdom shared in these notes - amazing stuff...I think these would make *fabulous* Holiday gifts and indeed, apparently people are literally buying them up right now by the dozens, to give out as gifts in the coming weeks - LOVE that, imagine all the knowledge and wisdom being shared :O
There are a limited number of all these items on offer and I think some of the products have sold out already, so I'd recommend hopping on over quicksmart to http://philosophersnotes.com/sale if you think there's anything you might want to get...a fantastic investment in the lives of yourselves and those around you, in my opinion... ;)

    All love,
    Angelalalalalalaaaaaaaaaaa. Xxx

Introducing My New Song, "Raw Emotions" :)

OMGoddess, I'm so excited :) In case you didn't already see, I posted a new song online a couple of days ago: "Raw Emotions" - here's a recap on this song from my newsletter this week:

I have a new song to share with you all :)
It is called "Raw Emotions" and first showed up a couple of weeks ago in a dream...only the chorus was given at that time though...then about a week ago I went into the mountains behind our house and asked for the rest of the song. It all flowed through onto paper, as a duet for two female voices. I asked our lovely customer services manager, Alara, if she would sing it with me - she agreed and we just posted it online today...YAY :)
I'm feeling so happy to be sharing music again - I haven't posted a song online in about a year I think...

HUGE thanks to the lovely Alara for singing this with me - we did our best to record it "together", despite being around 3500 miles apart... I hope you enjoy it ;)

There is a free "Urban Homesteaders" event in Palm Springs, CA this weekend that I'd be at in a heartbeat if I wasn't 3500 miles away ;) I've mentioned the Dervaes family of PathToFreedom.com before and I'm sure many of you have seen articles or videos of their amazing urban homesteading project in Pasadena, CA too...well, this Sunday, December 12th, they are holding a free screening of their new "Homegrown Revolution" film, followed by a presentation/Q&A session with the Dervaeses, then light refreshments - all sounds *marvellous* to me ;)
You can check out all the details for this event, named "Simple Living for Urban Dwellers" HERE - enjoy and let us know if any of you make it along to this gathering...

We have a YUMMY new RawReform Giveaway Contest to share with you :)
(If you want to see who won the Superfood Seeds from last month, see my latest newsletter HERE...)
This month, I am *super*-delighted to announce that our dear friend Brian Johnson of PhilosophersNotes.com has a new book coming out in about two weeks' time, called "A Philosopher's Notes" - I am very excited to see this new book and even more excited to let you know that Mr. Johnson has very generously agreed to offer THREE of these fabulous new volumes as giveaway gifts to y'all this month - yeeeeeeeee-HAH :)screen shot 2010-12-06 at 1.20.50 pm.png

If you're not familiar with Brian's work, he has taken on the extraordinary and wonderful task of creating his own version of "Cliffs Notes" for a huge array of self-development books - amazing books that have so much to offer us, yet it can be so easy to never quite get around to reading them... ;) Well, Brian's done the primary 'mining' work for us all, on over 100 top titles, pulling out all of his favourite "Big Ideas" from authors such as Eckhart Tolle, Esther and Jerry Hicks, Michael Beckwith, Joseph Campbell, Paulo Coelho, Byron Katie, Deepak Copra, Dr. Wayne Dyer and many others...

In his new book, Brian presents the ten principles for Optimal Living that he came to identify after compiling notes on all of these different books - we could hence consider "A Philosopher's Notes" like the distillation of the key thoughts of countless sages over the centuries, into one book, thanks to Mr. J - wow ;) The book comes out in a couple of weeks and I'm super-excited to see it...

If *you* would love to be one of three blessed winners of a copy of this new tome, just send in your answer to the following question, to rawreformcontests@gmail.comThis e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it :

"Which book has inspired you most in life and why...?"

Send your answers in by January the 2nd, 2011 to be in with a chance of winning. Three winners shall be picked at random and with great joy thereafter ;)
    All love and radiating glory,

How do you manifest what you want in life...? ;)

A recent lovely visitor to our home was asking me how I went about manifesting living here on this land. It was an interesting question and one that I realised I had never looked into very clearly...I felt unsure how exactly to explain it...I knew it was something to do with having a vision and going with the flow...it felt a little tricky to express though...then recently, Mr. M and I were listening to a fabulously inspiring CD series and in one part of it, the speaker suddenly started to share that there are three primary paths for manifesting things that we want in our lives:

    1. We can be very clear and specific about EXACTLY what we want - all the details, colours, smells, textures and so on...e.g. "I want a new bright green bike from this company, with excellent shocks, eight gears, a basket, mud guards etc."

    2. We can create a more general vision of what we want...e.g. "I would love a warm new winter jacket".

    3. We can choose to live as consistently as possible in a state of genuine happiness, trusting that all that flows to and through us is contributing to our highest and best experience... e.g. "I want to be happy and trust that the Universe supports me in this."

WOW, I love it, I had never heard the 'logic' of how to manifest things explained so clearly before...so, on reflection, I would think that my main process in manifesting our home here was following number 2 above: a general vision of what I would love to experience, with twinges of numbers 1 and 3 in the mix too though: some details were clear for me and I do my best all the time to be in a positive space, trusting that all is moving in my highest interest in the flow ;)

I thought this was really interesting to look at - I hope it resonates something fun for you too ;)
