Do You Give The Best Of Yourself To Your Loved Ones...?

I'd love to let you know about a series of inspiring short free videos from our dear friend Brian Johnson over at PhilosophersNotes.com - as you may recall, Brian recently published a book on the top 100 ideasscreen shot 2011-04-11 at 10.32.08 am.png that most stood out to him from the countless dozens of inspiring books he has read in the last few years for his "PhilosophersNotes" project...now he is taking those top 100 distilled ideas from his book and making a short video for each one, so you can actually pretty much "read" the whole book for freeee via this video series - you can check the videos out HERE - there are 9 of the 100 videos already posted as I write this - the rest will keep on coming, so get on board now if you wanna see how they flow - enjoy :)

on April the 9th I loved:

1 quart water
chunk of fresh watermelon
1 quart greeeeeeeeen juice mixed with pineapple juice
40 chlorella tablets
bowl of chia pudding with maca, ashwaghanda, banana, mango
3 cups water
YUMMERRRRSSSSSS Gopal's Curry Powersticks :)
Water of a young coconut

We look forward to enjoying a fun gathering soon with whoever actually finds their way here... :)

on April the 10th I appreciated:

1 quart water
chunk of fresh pineapple
3 cups greeeeeeen juice mixed with carrot juice
40 chlorella tablets
an avocado spread onto nori sheets with a little spicy red bell pepper sauce on top, followed by 2 cups sesame/banana milk
water of a young coconut

At a retreat I was holding once, a wise woman once shared this idea with the group:

"I like to make sure I give the best of myself to my loved ones, not other people."

This struck me as simple, golden guidance. How often it seems that people reserve the apparent "best" of themselves for maintaining a public show that "all is well", while behaving in other-than-radiant ways with their families, close friends or house mates...whether that means complaining, arguing, gossiping or shouting at our supposed "nearest and dearest", or whatever this behaviour manifests as...what a refreshing idea to consciously choose to keep our best for those whom we believe that we love and cherish the most...makes sense, non...?
Of course, it would be the loveliest intention methinks to treat everyone with a gentle, open heart, compassion, understanding and joy...however, if we do not yet, for whatever reason, feel able or willing to hold that kind of space with everyone we encounter, we could at least choose to treat our closest associates with loving appreciation and compassion. What a turn around this could bring, if people everywhere chose to act on this idea...
I am reminded of another sage piece of guidance shared with me along this theme when I was in the grip some years back of a particularly co-dependent, abusive relationship...an older woman pointed out to me that the guy in this relationship was CHOOSING to speak to me in unsupportive, violent and unkind ways - he would not, for example, choose to scream or shout in rage at someone he briefly encountered, like someone trying to help him locate an item in a supermarket, or someone who had just delivered him mail...yet he would choose to speak to me, the person supposedly nearest and dearest to him, in harsh tones and with violent outbursts - a bizarre state of events when viewed from the outside, yet one that seems remarkably common from my observances of modern, strained human relationships...may we all remember to do our best to share our radiant selves with others, especially those whom we claim to love the most... ;)

All love and explorations of joy,

I am super-excited to let you know that if you didn't see already, our dear friend and fantastic philosopher, Brian Johnson, is having a huge clearout sale of physical products over at PhilosophersNotes.com :)
I have mentioned Mr. Johnson and his wonderful work many times before, not least because this month we are giving away THREE copies of his new book as giveaway prizes... (see HERE for details ;)
Brian decided to clear out the mini-stash of physical products he had created in the last year or so for PhilosophersNotes.com - this includes workbooks with ALL of the summary notes he has completed so far on 100+ amazing self-development books, plus CDs of the notes read out loud, plus my personal favourite, super-cool tiny little MP3 players pre-loaded with ALL of the spoken note summaries - at the amazing price of just $20 right now - WOW :)
I have one of these little MP3 players and I listen to it EVERY day at the moment - I love all the condensed wisdom shared in these notes - amazing stuff...I think these would make *fabulous* Holiday gifts and indeed, apparently people are literally buying them up right now by the dozens, to give out as gifts in the coming weeks - LOVE that, imagine all the knowledge and wisdom being shared :O
There are a limited number of all these items on offer and I think some of the products have sold out already, so I'd recommend hopping on over quicksmart to http://philosophersnotes.com/sale if you think there's anything you might want to get...a fantastic investment in the lives of yourselves and those around you, in my opinion... ;)

All love,

Introducing My New Song, "Raw Emotions" :)

OMGoddess, I'm so excited :) In case you didn't already see, I posted a new song online a couple of days ago: "Raw Emotions" - here's a recap on this song from my newsletter this week:

I have a new song to share with you all :)
It is called "Raw Emotions" and first showed up a couple of weeks ago in a dream...only the chorus was given at that time though...then about a week ago I went into the mountains behind our house and asked for the rest of the song. It all flowed through onto paper, as a duet for two female voices. I asked our lovely customer services manager, Alara, if she would sing it with me - she agreed and we just posted it online today...YAY :)
I'm feeling so happy to be sharing music again - I haven't posted a song online in about a year I think...

HUGE thanks to the lovely Alara for singing this with me - we did our best to record it "together", despite being around 3500 miles apart... I hope you enjoy it ;)

We have a YUMMY new RawReform Giveaway Contest to share with you :)
(If you want to see who won the Superfood Seeds from last month, see my latest newsletter HERE...)
This month, I am *super*-delighted to announce that our dear friend Brian Johnson of PhilosophersNotes.com has a new book coming out in about two weeks' time, called "A Philosopher's Notes" - I am very excited to see this new book and even more excited to let you know that Mr. Johnson has very generously agreed to offer THREE of these fabulous new volumes as giveaway gifts to y'all this month - yeeeeeeeee-HAH :)screen shot 2010-12-06 at 1.20.50 pm.png

If you're not familiar with Brian's work, he has taken on the extraordinary and wonderful task of creating his own version of "Cliffs Notes" for a huge array of self-development books - amazing books that have so much to offer us, yet it can be so easy to never quite get around to reading them... ;) Well, Brian's done the primary 'mining' work for us all, on over 100 top titles, pulling out all of his favourite "Big Ideas" from authors such as Eckhart Tolle, Esther and Jerry Hicks, Michael Beckwith, Joseph Campbell, Paulo Coelho, Byron Katie, Deepak Copra, Dr. Wayne Dyer and many others...

In his new book, Brian presents the ten principles for Optimal Living that he came to identify after compiling notes on all of these different books - we could hence consider "A Philosopher's Notes" like the distillation of the key thoughts of countless sages over the centuries, into one book, thanks to Mr. J - wow ;) The book comes out in a couple of weeks and I'm super-excited to see it...

If *you* would love to be one of three blessed winners of a copy of this new tome, just send in your answer to the following question, to rawreformcontests@gmail.comThis e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it :

"Which book has inspired you most in life and why...?"

Send your answers in by January the 2nd, 2011 to be in with a chance of winning. Three winners shall be picked at random and with great joy thereafter ;)
All love and radiating glory,

Eventfully Raw in New York... ;)

Well, well, well...what an eventful last few days we've had here in the New York area...aside from doing three talks in NY and CT, having our car towed during one of those talks and with–held from us due to a very bizarre license plate situation, seeing our host being arrested on the street for an equally bizarre car situation, having two more colonics in a series that is taking us deeeep into cleansing and now coming fresh atcha from David Wolfe's chocolate birthday party this evening in NYC, it's been a bit of a roller–coaster ride ;) lol...all being well, by the time you read this, we'll have our vehicle back and we'll be on the road again...all prayers, love and yummy vibes in that direction gratefully received ;)

on August the 1st I loved:

1 quart water (with Marine Phytoplankton & camu powder)
handful of cherries, 2 tbsp bee pollen
bottle of greeeeeeeen juice and bottle of 'royal flush' juice from Liquiteria – fit for a Monarch ;)
yummy fruit salad concoction of fresh peaches, blueberries and DARK cherries with a little almond butter – wow :)
3 cups water
a sesame seed ball and mesquite ball from Bonobo's
1 quart water

on August the 2nd I had:

1 quart water
2 cups goji juice with Marine Phytoplankton

fruit medley of fresh figs, cherries and a peach, with almond butter and a mesquite ball from Bonobo's
1 quart water
3 cups young coconut water
3 cups water

Dr. Wolfe's birthday party this evening was of course big fun :) Big yumminess out to Gabrielle Brick for organising the festivities and to the birthday boy himself for the inspiring little talk and 'slide' show of some of his latest gardening explorations – LOVE it :)
One of the most exciting discoveries of the night for me was a new (mostly) raw NYC restaurant, right there in the yoga studio where the party was held – beautiful :) They're called SproutCraft.com and they have some wonderful stuff going on: fresh coconut kefir, sprouted pizzas, chili , tacos and coconut pie that looked outrageously good to me ;)
They focus on local, seasonal foods, teach live food classes and compost all their scraps by bicycle to local community gardens (wow – if this is going on in the middle of NYC, this is surely indication that this can be done anywhere... ;)
They do a charming–looking 'fixed price dinner' every Friday and Saturday, with a full multi–course live meal on offer – enjoy :)

on August the 3rd I enjoyed:

1 quart water
juice of 1.5 oranges
2 cups goji juice with Marine Phytoplankton

1 quart water

on August the 4th I had:

1 quart water
2 cups goji water with Marine Phytoplankton
handful of strawberries with a little handful of dried lucuma slices – yum ;)
2 cups greeeeeen juice
meal at rawstarcafe.com – amazing curried plantains and coconut bread with avo medley, followed by a shared slice of fruit pie with Jeff the Rawtographer ;)
1 quart water
1 quart juices at Liquiteria – greeeeens and Royal Flush
little pot of pineapple chunks
2 cups water
shot of coconut kefir – pheeeeeeeeeeew ;O
2 cups water

I would be delighted today to leave you with another little quote that landed in my inbox recently via. Mr. Brian Johnson over at PhilosophersNotes.com – enjoy ;)

"I like to say that a bad day for the ego is a good day for the soul. When we look back on some of our most challenging experiences, we admit that we wouldn’t trade what we gained from them for remaining the same as we were. Something within acknowledges that during those times when we are pressed against the ropes of life, we learn to become more generous, to forgive, to never give up on ourselves or others. We learn to regenerate, to rejuvenate, to surrender.” ~ Michael Bernard Beckwith from Spiritual Liberation

I trust you're appreciating the flow today – wherever it is taking you ;)

All love,

This morning I did what I believe will be my last read–through of my book ‘Raw Emotions’ before it goes to the printer – :O – YES, I am VERRRRYYYYYY very excited to see that process through :) This will be my first ‘real’ printed book and I will be so thrilled to see it appear in the physical :) In the meantime, here is a passage from the book that jumped out to me today as smthg that might be fun to share here – hope you enjoy ;)

Is it ‘You’, ‘I’ or ‘Them’…?
I recommend taking ‘ownership’ for your own feelings and experiences, particularly as you speak. When many people speak, they generalise the topic away from themselves by saying something like ‘You feel rejected when someone doesn’t like your ideas’, when the real meaning is ‘I feel rejected when someone doesn’t like my ideas’.
If we regularly use this kind of ‘distancing’ with language, it is less easy for us to be aware and present with our emotions and experiences, because
we’re always ‘projecting’ them away from ourselves. Create clarity in your expression and ‘own’ your feelings as you speak. If you mean ‘I feel/I want/I am’, then say ‘I’ rather than ‘you’.
A similar pattern occurs when people speak vaguely about ‘they/them’, referring to some undefined
group of people, often inferred to be opposed to ‘us’. Examples might be ‘They keep raising the cost of living’, ‘How can they let someone get away with that?’ or even ‘They say Italy is beautiful in spring’. This lack of clarity leaves questions hanging in curious minds: who are ‘they’? How did ‘they’ become something different from ‘us’? Where do the opinions and actions of this invisible ‘they’ come from?
This kind of expression reinforces an outdated, separatist model of ‘them vs. us’, often with some sense of victimisation and oppression, rather than an understanding that we are all connected. I usually sense these speech patterns as disempowering and unclear. Speaking with integrity and clarity of expression, rather than in vague, generalised terms, will assist
your alignment with truth; it can help you feel more secure in your self and more aware of what you perceive. Be clear about what you think and feel and who ‘they’ really are.

;) You can get the E–book version of Raw Emotions HERE and all being well, the printed version will be with us sometime in March or April I would think, once the printers have worked their papery magic ;) yeeeeeeeeeeeeee–HAH :)

on February the 20th I had:

2 cups energy soup with tahini and flax crackers
mug of spicy tea
2 tbsp bee pollen
2 tbsp Sproutein
2 cups water

on February the 21st I had:

1 quart water

2 tbsp bee pollen
2 cups energy soup with tahini and flax crackers

2 apples
3 cups greeeeen juice: celery, cucumber, kale, spinach, fennel, endive, lemon
big mug of lemon/ginger/goji berry tea – yummmmmmmm ;)

LOVED this ‘Big Idea’ sent out today from Brian Johnson at the PhilosophersNotes.com site, in his free daily email:

Tony Robbins : Rearview Mirrors

Got this one from a great Tony Robbins seminar:

My hunch is you're a pretty g
ood driver.
Question for you: When you're driving, do you spend all your time staring in the rearview mirror? Right. So why do we spend so much time staring in the rearview mirror of life?!?

Rearview mirrors have a purpose. A very limited one. Let's look back to learn the valuable lessons our experience has to teach us. And spend the rest of the time enjoying the moment and looking at the future!”

So great :) Thanks for sharing all the amazing pointers, Brian :) If you, dear reader, have not yet signed up for your FREE account at PhilosophersNotes.com to access 25 of the self–development book summaries for free, then doooooooooo hop on over to HERE to get in on the yummy mojo action ;) Mr. Johnson’s giving away 1,000,000 free accounts, dontchaknow ;)
We. ARE. sooo. blesssssssed.

All love and jingle–jangles,

Free Raw Food Goodies Galore :)

OoOOooo, tomorrow evening (Jan 8th), Mr. M is going to be holding a special live teleconference call on the ‘Intermediate Diet’. This plan involves eating healthy whole foods – both cooked and raw – and has been used by Dr. Fred Bisci for decades, to help people to heal. It is GREAT for people who do not want to go 100% raw (or struggle with staying 100% raw), yet would like to feel healthy, balanced and energetic.
This is the plan that the Monarch’s very own mother, Joan, has been following for the last couple of years, during which time she has released I believe around 30 extra pounds and become ever–more radiant and youthful looking. If you didn’t see Matt’s little interview with his mum yet on our TV show, you can see that HERE.
So, Mr. M wanted to share more in–depth, step–by–step details on how to successfully work with this Intermediate Diet and he’ll be speaking about this tomorrow (Thursday Jan 8th) from 6pm Pacific Time. His intention with this call is to speak for 1–2 hours on this subject, then to answer ALL caller Qs, up until midnight Pacific Time, if necessary ;)
You can see all the details for this special event and sign up HERE.

2 cups water

I am caretaking/rehabilitating 2 tiny, month–old puppies and their mum ‘Sandy’ at the moment. They could use a LOT of love right now. They’ve been with me a few days now and I wasn’t actually sure they’d make it through the night last night – I’m relieved that they’re still here today though and they seem to be getting stronger... It seems to have been rather a rough ride for them all so far in this dimension – we’re doing our best to help them to heal now though. If you feel drawn to send love, light and healing towards these three beautiful young canine friends, please do...yesterday was the toughest day so far with them and I sensed there was about a 60% chance they’d make it through the night. Amidst this somewhat bleak situation, a song came onto my iTunes to remind me with sweet lyrics that ‘the greatest gift of life is to know love’...and so that’s the main thing we’re channeling to these little beings right now – love, love, LOVE and more LOVE...and I sense they’re really feeling it...they seem to be getting stronger...and I am so grateful for that. So, please do add your love and blessings for their health and well–being into the Universal Flow, if you are drawn...it will be much appreciated...
Thank you.

On Philosophy and Freedom...

OOOooOOoooo LA LA...I have a VERY exciting opportunity for you yumsters today...
How about a FREE subscription to PhilosophersNotes.com? WOW, yummy...and not just for you – for ANYONE you’d care to share this with...now THAT’S a pretty generous offer :)
Brian Johnson, the creator of PhilosophersNotes.com has obviously donned the largest ‘philanthropist’ hat he could find and in his revelry, decided to GIVE AWAY at least 1,000,000 free subscriptions to PhilosophersNotes.com by the end of 2008. FUN :)
Personally, I’m very excited to see the impact this will have on the world, as I know for MYSELF that the PN.com download-able files have been SUCH a gift these last months in terms of inspiration and motivation.
If you’re not familiar with the site yet (I’ve mentioned it a few times before) – basically, Brian reads ‘self–development’ books and then makes ‘mini–CliffsNotes’ for them, to share on the site in both PDF format and as MP3s that you can download and listen to. Think titles like ‘The Power of Intention’, ‘A New Earth’ and ‘The Four–Hour Work Week’ – all those books that you might have been intending to read (plus others that might have slipped by you ;) and never QUITE got round to it... Now you can listen to a 20 minute summary, or read through a PDF file and get ALL the key ‘Big Ideas’ of that book quickly and directly (then maybe go and get the WHOLE book to enjoy afterwards, if you liked the sound of it ;)
I’ve been taking a lot of bus journeys recently and have got into the habit of downloading a few files from PN.com onto my iPod before I go out, then I listen to them on the way. I LOVE it :) My favourite piece of guidance that I picked up from the recordings recently was from the audio file on the book ‘The Other 90%’ (which I’d never heard of before). The idea was this: periodically, ask yourself if the point that you are at right NOW is nearer to your optimal vision for your life than the point you were at 30 minutes ago. In the last 30 minutes, what have you done to help yourself get nearer your ideal? (Or, what have you procrastinated? ;) I find this REALLY motivating. If I find myself drifting in my work day now, I just ask myself these Qs and it really helps ME feel more motivated to get back on with things ;)
SO, I would LOVE for you to enjoy a FREE subscription to this wonderful service too. You can CLICK HERE to sign up for free and get instant access to the Top 25 most popular notes. You can also send an invitation to ANYONE you like to enjoy it for free too – spread the love around :) TIP: Maybe try downloading just one or two files at first and see how you get on with them – don’t get overwhelmed by how many are on offer ;)

on November the 22nd I had:

1 quart water
little mug of rooibus tea
double shot of wheatgrass juice
2 cups energy soup with flax crackers and okra on the side, followed by goji/carob yumballs
little mug of rooibus tea
3 cups water
2 cups greeeen juice: celery, cucumber, endive, fennel, spinach, kale, ginger, lime
2 cups energy soup with flax crackers and okra on the side, followed by goji/carob yumballs and a slice of the most AMAZING raw chocolate cake I’ve ever had ;O
3 cups water

So, quite a few of you have been writing in recently to ask “What are ‘spirulina nuts?’’, so I thought I’d explain here, so that everyone can see the answer at the same time ;)
The 'spirulina nuts' are simply tablets of pressed spirulina powder – you can see them on the RawReform Store HERE. They’re really crunchy and chewy – Mr. Monarch started calling them 'nuts' because that's what Dr. Fred Bisci calls them and...it kind of stuck ;) You can chew on them, just like nuts. To my taste buds, the spirulina ones are good - the CHLORELLA ‘nuts’, however are AMAZING - soooooooo tasty - and I'm not usually into chlorella at all...I used to find it 'disgusting' in fact, lol ;) I think I love them so much because they're so CRUNCHY – which is rare to find in raw foods. I love them – I could literally just sit and eat them from the bag like popcorn ;) You can see the 'chlorella nuts' HERE.
Hope that helps...

a delicious persimmon

Awwww, I felt really moved to share this set of raw food videos I found on Google Vids yesterday, featuring a young man called Andrew Michell. I found Andrew’s story of ‘recovery’ with raw foods to be as compelling as it is unusual.
Andrew was imprisoned in solitary confinement at the age of 16 in the US, for a trail of crimes he’d committed ranging from thefts to vandalism to burglaries to kidnappings. He was in solitary confinement for 2 YEARS and then continued to spend another 8 years after that in prison. What impressed me so much about Andrew’s story was that during all that time in prison, he did everything he could in the way of ‘self–development’, including fasting, courses, reading, praying etc. In fact, in these videos, he states that those 2 years in solitary confinement were the BEST 2 years of his life, as he learnt SO much.
When he got out of prison, understandably, he felt like a bit of an ‘alien’ in the ‘free world’, after having been inside for so long, during some of the most formative years of his life. He was unclear what to do next and even what to eat. He knew that when he FASTED (on water or juice) that he felt great...and he could see that if he ate the kinds of store–bought, ‘SAD’ foods he was raised on, he felt extremely ill. He didn’t yet know what the middle ground was. He would wander around in supermarkets feeling like everything in there was crazy (I can SOOO relate ;). In the end, after a lot of reading and research, he realised that he could eat raw plant foods. Now he's spreading his message of AMAZING recovery from his violent, criminal, painful, destructive past into a life of raw food, self–discovery and PASSION to share this message.
I found his presentation on Google Vids very endearing – he clearly has SO much genuine drive and desire to share this info. It seems he put a lot of love, energy and work into this. There are 3 parts and I guess it comes to around 49 minutes or so in length for the whole speech – maybe you could watch it while making some juice or smthg ;) Thank you, Andrew for sharing your story. I still have a LOT of enthusiasm for getting raw foods into prison systems and your story inspires me even more on that mission ;)
Check out Andrew’s videos here:

Inspirations...

I wanted to write a few notes for anyone who is a newcomer to this blog: firstly, WELCOME :) Thanks for joining us :) The readership here grows daily, so I thought I’d maybe go over a few things for those of you who are just joining this journey...
I started this blog back in November 2006, the night before I started my 92-Day Juice Feast. (The pic here is the first pic I ever posted, eating my 'final supper' before starting my feast the next day ;)
I had never even READ a blog before then, much less felt drawn to write one...however, I wanted somewhere to record my juicy meanderings, so I signed into Blogger and this new path began ;) I immediately fell in love with this communication medium, as it felt like ‘writing an email to the world’ – I could easily and quickly share what was happening in my life, with many readers...
Throughout my Juice Feast, I recorded what I drank daily. When I went back to solids, I then continued to write down what I consume, daily, HENCE, the daily food logs you see here, if you’ve been wondering why I write those ;) They also help me feel ‘accountable’ about my food choices (just like the Food Plans I recommend in my book ‘Raw Emotions’) AND many people seem to enjoy seeing what a 100% raw foodist actually eats from day-to-day...though one reader did write to me recently asking me to post pictures of what I eat, as they often sound really unappealing to her ;) LOL – as I replied to her, if the INGREDIENTS don’t sound great to her, I’m not sure the presentation is going to add much to the equation ;) I actually don’t have a stills camera with me at the moment – I hope I will have mine back at some point soon though and then I may indeed start posting food pics – stay tuned ;)
A couple of practical pointers: firstly, if there is anything you want to SEARCH for in older blog posts, just use the search box at the top left of the RawReform E-Journal homepage. For example, if you want to see what I’ve ever written about ‘lucuma’, type that into the box and it will bring up all the relevant posts ;)
Secondly, you can always look back through all the older posts month-by-month, in the ‘Archives’ section on the blog. Again, go to the blog homepage, then scroll down until you see ‘Archives’ on the right side of the page...
Thanks for all your continued lovely support and feedback... :)

I am absolutely LOVING PhilosophersNotes.com. Did you check it out yet? For those of you who didn’t yet tap into this resource, it’s like ‘mini-Cliffs Notes for self-development books’ and I think it’s really amazing.
As you may recall, this new service, created by ‘master-distiller-of-information’, Brian Johnson, offers you condensed versions of numerous wonderful books, such as ‘Authentic Happiness’, ‘Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway’, ‘Loving What Is’ and Eckhart Tolle’s ‘A New Earth’...there’s even Brendan Brazier’s ‘The Thrive Diet’ in there (yes, Brian is a raw food lover too... ;)

Brian takes all his favourite inspirational books like these and distills the offerings in each of them down into 6 page PDFs OR MP3 recordings of around 20 minutes, that you can listen to as you go about your day...
I’ve listened to around six of the Notes now and always find myself grinning profusely afterwards, as Brian offers up one ‘big idea’ after another, touching on so many fascinating insights and concepts...he explains things so clearly and articulately, with a lovely sense of humour thrown in to keep it all fresh and lively...
I’ve been listening to the MP3s while preparing juice or eating meals – I love that the recordings are so condensed I can easily get through a whole set of ‘Notes’ in one juicing session and come away with more than just my physical body feeling ‘nourished’ ;)
I highly recommend taking a look at the PhilosophersNotes.com site. You can even try out a couple of the titles for free there, to see what you make of them...AAAAAAAND, as a special offer to you lovely shiny raw people, Brian is also offering y’all 25% off the subscription prices, using THIS LINK.
I REALLY hope you enjoy tapping into this new resource as much as I am :)

All love,
Angela. xxx
