*LIVE* Raw Food World TV and Radio Shows :)

THANKS to all of you who came out to play at our first LIVE broadcast for The Raw Food World TV Show a couple of nights ago - we really enjoyed it and from all the feedback we're getting, we're thinking y'all liked it too ;)
Thanks for dealing with the semi-clunky Ecuadorian internet connection and for repeating questions in the chat room so that we could catch them ;) We ended up broadcasting live for almost an hour in the end and Mr. M managed to record a few chunks for TV Shows over at TheRawFoodWorld.TV - you can see what we were up to over there if you missed it live - I suspect it's more fun to be there live though ;) We intend to hold a live broadcast show each week from now on, on Wednesday nights at 6pm Pacific time, 9pm Eastern time, so we hope you'll join us each week, at THIS LINK. We did a giveaway, answered lots of Qs, told some stories, did some live singing and the chat room was buzzzzzzzing with viewers for hours - fun :)

On March the 24th I was on the road and enjoyed:

1 quart water
3 little apples
glass of alfalfa juice blended with papaya/banana
water of a young coconut
a cherimoya
2 cups water
flax crackers topped with dulse and avocado, followed by a few pieces of homemade 'dry-ies' (rather than cookies ;)
mug of reishi/shilajit/ormus tea with a couple more dry-ies
2 cups water

On the subject of The Raw Food World TV Shows, we also just made a new playlist on YouTube of 20 of our top viewed/rated shows so far...you can see that Playlist HERE. If you have any other favourite suggestions for other videos of ours' that you'd like to see added to this playlist, please let us know at angela@rawreform.com... This playlist might be a good link to share with people new to raw foods too, for an interesting overview of raw lifestyles... ;)

ENJOY...

on March the 25th I loved:

1 quart water
3 cups coconut water mixed with marine phytoplankton and chocolate extract drops
flax crackers topped with avo mush (avocado, dulse, curry powder, lime juice, cilantro) and chopped tomatoes, followed by a few home-dried plantain chips
mug of reishi/shilajit/ormus tea
1 quart water
3 cups greeeeeen juice mixed with pineapple juice
2 dragon fruit and half an *amazing* papaya
2 cups water

...and finally, a little reminder that we're *VERY* excited to be holding a free LIVE radio interview tonight with Dr. Leonid Sharashkin, the editor of the "Anastasia" books from Russian to English. The call starts at 6pm Pacific, 9pm Eastern and will surely contain the usual mixture of unique questions, interesting insights and special deals - fun :) You can get all the call details HERE if you're not signed up for this call already - we'll catch you live on the line... ;)

All love,
Angela. xxx
