Wanna Help Me Tell Oprah Abt Raw...??? ;)

Dear lovenuggets, I am on a mission. I'd love to share my story with Oprah Winfrey on her TV Show and I would value your input on this matter :)

I am currently in the process of putting together a package of goodies to send Oprah's team to help share my story. One of the things I intend to send is a proposed show outline of things we could cover in a programme, if they'd love to have me as a guest ;) I would love to hear ideas from y'all about this: what do you think would make up a great show on raw foods/weight loss/emotional eating? Suggested conversation topics? Food demos? Other segment ideas?

What do you feel would best help the audience relate to the idea of 'natural' weight loss, recovery from emotional eating, slowly including more raw foods, stepping away from highly processed/refined items and so on?

That is one way you could help with this project. The other would be testimonials. I'd love to send Oprah a yummy little stack of testimonials of people whose lives have shifted since going raw, especially if that involves weight release/recovery from emotional eating/inspiration from my story/pics/videos/blog etc. Testimonials can be just a sentence or two - they don't need to be long ;)

If you have something along these lines you'd love to share, please email it to me at angela@rawreform.com and we'll collect them up for Queen O ;) If you're feeling especially inspired, you could also even go to the Oprah site and fill in the form HERE suggesting that they have me as a guest and why (perhaps in the 'self-help' or 'health' categories?) ;) That would be very much appreciated...

THANK YOU in advance to any of you who feel the flow to help out with this intention – let's see how it unfolds ;)

Here's an inspiring little quote that came in recently via the ever–lovely PhilosophersNotes.com...if you're perhaps sensing you're 'waaaaaay too stuck' in old habits and patterns to make significant shifts in YOUR life and reality, here is a great snippet from Dan Millman about building new habits:

“This initiatory period of change may last from one to six weeks, or even longer. Unless the desire to change remains strong, body and mind tend to return to old, familiar patterns. It takes time--from three to six months--for old habits to become obsolete. By the end of that time, you’ll have adapted to a new pattern. In a sense, you’ll have found a new way of life.” ~ Dan Millman from Body Mind Mastery

I loved reading that...so good to be reminded that it can take time for new habits to feel established, especially if they're replacing habits we have been bouncing around for decades... ;)

Enjoy the journeys, dear ones...

All love,
Ms. Sto-Mo. xxx

Here's a yummy little reminder that came through on the free 'ThinkArete.com' daily email recently and really resonated for me - LOVE it ;

"'Pain is a relatively objective, physical phenomenon; suffering is our psychological resistance to what happens.
Events may create physical pain, but they do not in themselves create suffering.
Resistance creates suffering.
Stress happens when your mind resists what is...The only problem in your life is your mind's resistance to life as it unfolds.'

~ Dan Millman, 21st century philosopher from The Way of the Peaceful Warrior

The Dalai Lama says basically exactly the same thing: "Pain is inevitable; suffering is optional."

Are you suffering?
If so, what are you resisting?
Allow life to unfold…"

Beautiful...:)))) You can sign up for the free ThinkArete daily emails HERE...ENJOY :)

May you embrace your unfolding journey today with joy, love and giggles :)
