Vanishing of the Bees and Last Chance for Seeds Giveaway :)

on February the 27th I was pleased with:

1 quart water
1 quart watermelon/orange juice
3 cups greeeeeeeeen juice mixed with pineapple juice
an *amazing* mango :)
shared cucumber salad with Mr. M; salad stuffed into nori sheets with Sea Clear and fresh Brazil nut butter, followed by a few pruuuuuunes... :)
2 mugs reishi/shilajit/ormus tea
water of a young coconut


on February the 28th I enjoyed:

1 quart water
1 quart watermelon/orange juice
3 cups greeeeeeeeen juice mixed with pineapple juice
an *amazing* mango and dragon fruit :)
shared cucumber salad with Mr. M; salad stuffed into nori sheets with Sea Clear and fresh Brazil nut butter, followed by a few pruuuuuunes... :)
2 mugs horchata tea
water of a young coconut


The last few days I have been *loving* a song shared online by our dear friend Roxy, raw foodie, beautiful doula, musician, singer, lover of nature and all-round delicious love-bug :) Roxy just posted a handful of her original songs on MySpace and I especially *love* "You Are The Power"- I've been listening to it over and over again the last day or so - check it out HERE and send Roxy your love if you appreciate her toooooons too ;)


on March the 1st I loved:

an *amazing* mango and half a yummy cherimoya :)
shared cucumber salad with Mr. M; salad stuffed into nori sheets with Sea Clear and fresh almond-garlic butter ;O, followed by a yumpot of walnut butter with honey and maca... :)

on March the 2nd I enjoyed:

1 quart water
2 cups orange juice mixed with coconut water
3 cups greeeeeeen juice mixed with pineapple juice
a dragon fruit and a yummers mango

shared cucumber salad with Mr. M; salad stuffed into nori sheets with Sea Clear and fresh almond-garlic butter ;O, followed by a chunk of pecan "fudge" ;)

Mmmmmm, I just got back from planting a *mass* more seeds in our gardens - this time from the "Veggie Patch" collection from Blackbird Naturals, including Siberian Kale, Chioggia Beets, Chantenay Carrots, Cherry Tomatoes, Orach Spinach and Lemon Cucumbers - YUMMMM :)

    Tribes of Many Colours...

    MmMMmMmmmm, did you hear Mr. M's interview last week with Dr. Edward Group, detox specialist? It was a *fascinating* insight into colon, liver and parasite cleansing and we've already had people writing in telling us about the difference the info in this call has made in their lives - yeeeeeeee-HAH :)

    I just watched a new video from beloved shaman-wisdom-keeper Little Grandmother and thought I'd share the link here with y'all in case you'd love to feel into the inspiration too :)

    raw meal with friends from local restaurant: lasagne, pizza, salad, YUMMM :)
    followed by a few prunes and a yumball with horchata tea
    water of two young coconuts


    on February the 12th I loved:

    a yummy mango
    daily "cornucopia" meal with friends: cucumber salad, kale salad, fresh walnut butter, almond butter, spicy carrot soup/spicy greeeeen dip, nori sheets etc, followed by prruuuuuuuuunes :)
