OoOOoooo la la, would you perhaps love to get a little juicier this autumn? WELL, Mr. David 'Juice Feasting' Rainoshek has some fun news for you. He will be hosting his first ever Juice Feasting private group session, for a month from October the 2nd to November the 2nd. He's taking on just 12 juicy people to share this experience, which will involve one–on–one coaching and group support for the whole month...marvellous ;)

For all the details and to become one of the blessed juice disciples, visit HERE and enjoy...

on September the 10th I adored:

Elena only goes to the east coast once a year and this year's dates are October 14–23rd. There are three ways to participate: for 2 days, 4 days or the whole 10 days. The full course description can be found HERE and you can reserve your place by contacting info (at) birthintobeing.com or calling 530-566-0199.

Wanna Help Me Tell Oprah Abt Raw...??? ;)

Dear lovenuggets, I am on a mission. I'd love to share my story with Oprah Winfrey on her TV Show and I would value your input on this matter :)

I am currently in the process of putting together a package of goodies to send Oprah's team to help share my story. One of the things I intend to send is a proposed show outline of things we could cover in a programme, if they'd love to have me as a guest ;) I would love to hear ideas from y'all about this: what do you think would make up a great show on raw foods/weight loss/emotional eating? Suggested conversation topics? Food demos? Other segment ideas?

What do you feel would best help the audience relate to the idea of 'natural' weight loss, recovery from emotional eating, slowly including more raw foods, stepping away from highly processed/refined items and so on?

That is one way you could help with this project. The other would be testimonials. I'd love to send Oprah a yummy little stack of testimonials of people whose lives have shifted since going raw, especially if that involves weight release/recovery from emotional eating/inspiration from my story/pics/videos/blog etc. Testimonials can be just a sentence or two - they don't need to be long ;)

If you have something along these lines you'd love to share, please email it to me at angela@rawreform.com and we'll collect them up for Queen O ;) If you're feeling especially inspired, you could also even go to the Oprah site and fill in the form HERE suggesting that they have me as a guest and why (perhaps in the 'self-help' or 'health' categories?) ;) That would be very much appreciated...

THANK YOU in advance to any of you who feel the flow to help out with this intention – let's see how it unfolds ;)

Mr. M will be connecting to Shazzieworld via the telephonic system on Friday September the 25th from 7pm Eastern time (4pm west coast, midnight UK time) - this will surely be an ext-raw-dinary meeting of two raw Aquarian (=rawquaria

Here's an inspiring little quote that came in recently via the ever–lovely PhilosophersNotes.com...if you're perhaps sensing you're 'waaaaaay too stuck' in old habits and patterns to make significant shifts in YOUR life and reality, here is a great snippet from Dan Millman about building new habits:

“This initiatory period of change may last from one to six weeks, or even longer. Unless the desire to change remains strong, body and mind tend to return to old, familiar patterns. It takes time--from three to six months--for old habits to become obsolete. By the end of that time, you’ll have adapted to a new pattern. In a sense, you’ll have found a new way of life.” ~ Dan Millman from Body Mind Mastery

I loved reading that...so good to be reminded that it can take time for new habits to feel established, especially if they're replacing habits we have been bouncing around for decades... ;)

Enjoy the journeys, dear ones...

All love,

WIN a copy of 'Birth As We Know It' :)

Mr. Monarch and I just spent an absolutely inspiring, blissful, explorative weekend at a workshop on conscious parenting/birthing, with Elena from BirthIntoBeing.com...(now before you all get excited, I am NOT pregnant and my preference would be to not bring children in yet for another couple of years or so, just to be clear ;)

"If you were the winner of the Birth As We Know It DVD,
who would you share this inspiring documentary with and
why?"

Maybe you'll open your heart to showing this DVD to a local women's group, or share it at a potluck gathering, with a group of teenagers, your extended family, your local school or arrange a whole event around showing the documentary...whatever resonates for you, we'd love to hear
about it - the more people who receive this information, then all the better :) ...and it is my sincere hope that whoever is picked to win the DVD around the start of October follows through and does actually share the DVD with those around them - this is vital, life-shifting information... I watched a playback yesterday of Howard Lyman (The Mad Cowboy), speaking at the Living Light Expo last weekend...I love Howard, he has such a wonderful speaking style and so many impressive facts to share... If you're not familiar with his work, he is a fourth generation cattle–farmer turned hardcore vegan who has shared his story and message on Oprah and beyond...

Now, as we've been travelling around the US the last few months, I have often found myself wondering what this place looked like 200 years or so ago...there seem to be soooooo many roads and so much 'development' and yet the history of this current culture is so young, relatively speaking...what did things look like just 200 years ago? Howard gave me some answers in his talk 'Digging A Grave With Our Forks':

*100 years ago there were only 120 miles of paved roads in the USA

*there were fewer than 8000 cars

*Las Vegas had 30 inhabitants

WOAH ;O That's a pretty intense shift in just 100 YEARS...now I wonder what it will all look like in another 100 years...??? (Or another 3.25 years for that matter... ;)

I'm excited to watch more of the playbacks from the Living Light Expo over the next 2 months...I'll post inspiring snippets that I glean here...ALL the talks, demos and films from the whole event are available for viewing from today until October 31st with the 'Encore' programme, which you can access HERE if you'd love to check it out for yourself...

ENJOY :)

All love and blissful unfoldings,

I'm VERY excited and delighted to say that I recently discovered a wonderful list of colon hydrotherapists who practice the Gravity method, over on Natalia Rose's website, HERE.
This is exciting for us, as we've never seen a list like this anywhere else and people often ask us for referrals for good hydrotherapists – well, now we all have somewhere to check out for suggestions – YAY :)
Gratitude to the lovely Natalia and her team and do hop on over there to her site and check out the list if you suspect YOUR colon might be excited to have a professional cleanse sometime soon... ;) There are many listings for the US, plus a few for other countries too...and I'm sure if you have more suggestions to add to the list, you could email them in to Natalia's team...

ENJOY :)
