It was a unique, moving and interesting experience for me, finding out how to share this healing message in a way that makes sense and is useful for these women...it is my sincere hope that they all took away something from the evening that resonates for them and perhaps we'll hear of some interesting shifts in their

1 quart water
1 tbsp bee pollen
