Carob Dessert Recipes, Win an OmGym and Longevity Tix Going *Fast* :)


Our dear friend Philip McCluskey and his dear chef friend Heather have just released an *AMAZING* looking new CAROB raw recipe book, packed with beautiful photography and dozens of yummmmy-looking carob raw dessert recipes - LOVE it :)

As many of you know, Mr. M and I do not really eat raw chocolate anymore - very very occasionally, as we experience such huge physical reactions to I am currently LOVING carob instead - the raw carob we have in the store these days is sooooooo smooth, finely milled and YUMMY :) I use it very often and now Philip and Heather are offering this whole gorgeous e-book packed with yummmmmy raw carob recipes to experiment with... On February the 8th it was Mr. M's 36th B-day and I enjoyed:

1 quart water
3 cups watermelon/orange juice
3 cups pineapple/cucumber juice blended with Ormus Greens
samples of yumballs while making party food for Mr. M's 36th B-day ;)
yummers birthday cornucopia meal with spicy sunflower-zucchini pasta, guacamole, spicy soup and spicy tomato tapenade - Mr. M asked for SPICY things ;) Followed by yumballs with horchata tea

Oooooo la la, apparently over *700* tickets have already been sold for the upcoming Longevity Now Conference in California from April 1st-3rd - eeeeeek ;) Capacity for this event tops out at somewhere around 1000 attendees, so if you didn't already secure your tickets, NOW might be an optimal time to book, while you still can - they seem to be selling can currently book discounted tickets at $247 per person HERE - the price is due to go up on Feb 20th to $297, if there are even any spaces available by then... ;) ENJOY...
