"Raw Emotions" Course Recordings Available Now :)

I’m excited to say that last week saw the final session of the “Raw Emotionscourse that I just offered through the En*theos Academy for Optimal Living – it was a *wonderful*, fluid, expansive experience to get to share this course through the Academy and the feedback from the participants has been absolutely beautiful to hear – excess pounds released, food addiction patterns examined and released, lives opening to brighter and more vibrant possibilities…we are so blessed :)

If you weren’t part of the live weekly group for this course, you can still participate, as the whole course is now up as a replay series over HERE. You can access the material whenever you like and take your time to absorb and integrate it all… The intention is that the replay version of the course will permanently be available now, so as and when you ever feel the inspiration to dive deeper into exploring your own emotional connections with food, you can access this material and get digging… ;)

O.M.GODDESS, as you can see in the next two food logs below, yesterday I put together the most ***AMAZING*** little "snack" concoction that I've tasted in a long time. It was a total recipe download from Spirit, totally *delicious* and just five ingredients:

Sauerkraut

In a little glass I stirred together abt 1 tbsp of the pumpkin seed oil with a tiny bit of Sea Clear, then dumped lots of sauerkraut into a bowl with a sprinkling of chlorella flakes on top and a couple of tbsps of the Go Raw pumpkin seeds. Then I added the oil/SeaClear mixture on top of that, stirred it all together with a fork and dived in - WOOOOOOOOWWWWWWW :) Sooooooooooo tasty :)))

Today, November the 18th, is a special day for us: it marks six years since I first emailed Mr. Monarch back in 2005 - the beginning of our connection together… ;) Many of you know our connection story already…if you don’t, you can watch a video we did on this theme a couple of years back, HERE ;)
…and what a journey the last six years have been… ;) I feel extremely blessed to be unfolding this path with such a generous, loving, dynamic, beautiful soul… :) Sending dear Mr. M love, light and huge gratitude always, as ever… :)

Wednesday also marked the second birthday of our little buckskin princess pony, Luchita, who came to us as a “rescue” earlier this year…you may recall she was quite a sight back then – pretty much skin and bones, stunted, riddled with parasites and at the age of 16 months, the same size as our 4-month colt, Cherry…eeeeeeeeeeek…well, take a look at the little goddess here now ;) She is a feisty, delightful little princess, very insistent about massage, loves to sneak inside our house whenever she gets the chance and still happily nursing at the age of two… ;)

on November the 15th I enjoyed:

    1 quart water
2 cups coconut water blended with Vitamin C powder and Royal Jelly Powder

bowl of cucumber salad (cucs from the garden :), with avo/sauerkraut, nori, flax crackers, Sea Clear, lecithin, tahini, followed by a little yummmmers apple
    mug of herbal tea
    2 cups coconut water
chunk of Mr. M’s Pili Nut “Chocolate”
    mug of herbal tea

As you may have noticed from my daily food logs here, I tend to eat some of Mr. M’s fabulous Pili Nut “Chocolate” creations pretty much every single day at the moment – they are soooooooooooooooo GOOD :)
You can use Pili Nuts to make “chocolate” without ANY chocolate or even carob involved, yet it tastes, looks and even feels like chocolate – I absolutely LOVE it, plus the fact that these rare little nuts are packed with fabulous nutrition, especially Vitamin E, great for the skin…
Well, many of you have written in asking how we make this Pili Nut “Chocolate” and unsure how to use the divine Pili in general, soooooo, as the Pili Nuts are actually “At Cost” this month in our store, I thought this might be a sublime time to re-cap our videos here aaaaaall about the joys of Pili – these videos were from a few months back when we were first introduced to Pili and thoroughly enjoying experimenting with them in the kitchen:

Welcome To The World, Sally Joy :)

    :))))

Our new baby horse was born Friday night :)))

Welcome to the world, Sally Joy :)))

She came in with the recent full moon on the stargate, 11-11-11 :)

She is like a *tiny* little sacred white replica of her dad, our
palomino Sparkie - she has the same white markings on her face and
    ankles...

Mumma Barbie and baby both seem to be doing really well...and her
older brother Cherry Star is being very gentle with her so far... :)

Sally Joy is feeding a lot already, she is very alert and seems like
quite a brave little one - as you can see in this picture, she
already went to meet Mr. M up close on her *first* day here - Cherry
didn't make contact for about 10 days after he was born...perhaps
because mumma Barbie's pregnancy was very relaxed this time, this little one
has very few fears... :))) We hope so :)))

You can see a photo album of pictures of Sally Joy's first day here Earthside, over on Facebook, HERE - enjoy :)

The dogs are very curious and also learning to leave her
alone...Barbie is very protective...she is also still nursing Cherry
    at the same time...

The picture of the stones on Facebook is where Sally Joy was born and we buried
her placenta... I laid a ring of eight stones around one
central white stone to represent her horsey tribe around her,
protecting her - she is horse number nine now living with us here ;)

    We love her :))))))

If you’ve never tried durian, this might be a fun new culinary adventure for you – proceed with caution though – people tend to looOoOOOOoooove durian or find it repulsive – lol ;)

Mmmmmmm, so it’s getting into that “Holiday Season” time for many of you reading this and this is the time of year we tend to get lots of emails asking how to cope socially with eating raw, what to eat at Holiday time events, what to eat in the cold and so on…well, as I mentioned recently, Heather Haxo Phillips just released her 2011 “Healthy Holidays” ebook with over 50 new raw yummmmmers Holiday-time recipes, which you might love to check out, HERE.

I also recently was inspired to make an amazing raw apple cobbler, as we have some reaaaaally good apples here right now – I poked around on the fabulous “GoneRaw.com” recipe site and found the delicious recipe below submitted by “wanna_B_raw” – apparently the recipe originally came from raw chef Chad Sarno – well, whoever it came from, it’s YUMMMMMMERS and we all loved it here, so I thought I’d share it here for y’all too - you can see the original post HERE– enjoy :)

    Yummy Apple Cobbler

    Servings:
    Serves 6 - 8
I found this recipe on the internet, but I don’t remember which site! It is BETTER then any cooked cobbler! You won’t miss the frozen Mrs. Smith pies after this!

    Ingredients:
    5 medium apples
½ cup raisins, soaked in water 2-4 hours or overnight in fridge
    ½ teaspoon cinnamon
    ½ lemon, juiced
    2 tablespoon honey
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    ½ teaspoon nutmeg
    ½ teaspoon sea salt

    COBBLER TOPPING INGREDIENTS
    1½ cup pecans, not soaked
¾ cup dates, pitted and not soaked
    ½ teaspoon sea salt
    Preparation:
Peel and chop ONE of the apples. Place it along with the drained raisins, cinnamon, lemon juice, honey, vanilla, nutmeg and salt in a food processor or high speed blender. Pure until completely smooth and creamy. Set aside.
Peel, core and slice thin remaining apples. Place slices in a large bowl and gently toss with pureed mix. Place in a medium sized glass or ceramic dish.
For the topping, in a food processor pulse the pecans until finely ground then add the dates and continue to grind until evenly mixed. Crumble an even layer of the pecan mixture over the apples.
Place your pan in the dehydrator at 115 degrees for about 4 hours. Enjoy! Tastes even better after the first day!

    All love,
