THANK YOU for all your wonderful entries to last month’s RawReform Giveaway Contest to win one of our beautiful bamboo bowls :) We asked you to send in your favourite salad recipe, to be in with a chance of winning. The blessed winner was chosen at random today and I am delighted to announce Charyse Williams as the fortunate recipient of this beautiful bowl. Charyse sent in the following yummmmy-sounding recipe:

The only salad that I could eat all day, every day is:

Handful of spinach leaves

Sliced Granny Smith apples

Handful of green grapes

Handful of red grapes

Thin rings of red onions

Chopped pecans that have been sprinkled with cinnamon and honey or agave.

Dressing:

Juice from the apples, apple cider vinegar and coconut oil. Blend all, toss with salad and enjoy :-)
