New Raw Food Cartoon Online :)

OoOOOOOoooooo, I'm *SO* excited - did you see the most recent cartoon of Raw Man and Green Girl?

Mr. M and I are in it :)))

We got turned into cartoon characters to join Raw Man and Green Girl in their crusade against "Frankenfood" and the monster "Manny Santo" ;) Yeeeeeeee-HAH - check it out here:

LOVE IT :)))

...and in case you never saw the FIRST Raw Man and Green Girl cartoon, you can check that out here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5lzWVk2eKmA - fun to share with any raw-orientated little ones in your life ;)

on August the 11th I enjoyed:

1 quart water
3 cups greeeeeeeeen juice: cucumber, zucchini, celery, spinach, parsley, fennel, apple, ginger
chunk of papaya and most of a peach ;)
2 tbsp spirulina crunchies
3 cups romaine/fennel/carrot juice
nori rolls stuffed with avocado, garlic sauerkraut, cucumber and clover sprouts, followed by a few chunks of freeze-dried durian and mangosteeeeen :)
2 cups water

Un petit reminder that the shiny new free online "BiG" summit (Believe in Green), starts in just a couple of days' time, this Sunday, August the 15th. If you missed the deets for this, here's a little re-cap:
In celebration of "International Green Smoothie Day" on August 15th, the "Believe in Green" (BiG) Summit will kick off with a series of *free* interviews on environmental/greeeeeeeen topics, with 10 guest speakers, including...me ;)

The calls are free to listen to and will run from August 15th to 24th; here is the speaker line-up:

Now, this whole event is also actually an inspiring fund-raiser, to help raise $10,000 for the Lower East Side Girls' Club in NYC, where some of the girls are using a bicycle-powered blender to share info, inspiration and classes with their peers about healthier eating. If you'd love to support this fundraising effort, you can donate $10 to the Believe in Green event and in return you'll receive full transcripts of the calls, access and info for a LIVE 10-day Green Smoothie Challenge, access to a contest to win a FREE Blendtec blender, plus other giveaways and bonuses - fun :)
100% of the money donated to this event is going to the girls at the Lower East Side Girls' Club, to help fund their nutrition and education programmes...SO, if you'd love to help out, click on over HERE to sign up for the event and register your $10 contribution, if you'd love to help... :)

ENJOY :)

In other 'event' news, one reader, Gail, would *love* to let y'all know about another raw/vibrant festival coming up in just a week's time, on Saturday August the 21st in Pennsylvania. The "Vibrant Living Festival" features talks, raw food demos, live music, vendors, speed dating, yoga, meditation, sound healing, drum circles and much more...and the entrance fee is just $15 if you use the special code 'gratitude' when booking online at www.vibrantlivingfestival.com (children 12 and under get free entrance) - enjoy ;)

All love, gratitude and exuberance,
Ms. St-Mo. xxx
