What is the first thing *you* notice about people...?

Someone recently asked me the following interesting 10 questions...I thought y'all might enjoy seeing my answers as well...and perhaps asking them of someone in YOUR life too...

*If you had one word to describe yourself, what would you choose? Chameleon.
*What is your middle name? Claire.
*Given a chance, would you bungee jump? NO, thank you ;)
*What is the first thing you notice about people? Their energy.
*Which is your most recent favorite song? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fDAicNrBIe8&NR ;)
*Which was the last movie you watched and liked? The Green Beautiful comes first to mind...
*Tell me about a favorite event of your childhood? Going berry picking at "pick your own" farms with my family :)
*What do you think you will be doing five years from now? Living in Ecuador, growing food, off the grid, smiling, singing, raising children in co-creative community - yeeeeeee-HAH ;)
*If you had to evacuate your house immediately, what is the one thing you would grab on the way out? Mr. Monarch ;)
*What is the oldest item you own? My body.

ENJOY ;)

On August the 27th I loved:

1 quart water
3 cups organic watermelon juice
3 cups greeeeeeeen juice
tsp marine phytoplankton powder sample - wow :)
fruit salad (cherries, blueberries, a peach), mixed with a little raw almond butter and acai powder :)
2 cups water
½ cup coconut kefir
1 cup water

Mmmmmm, "Miss Eco-Glam", Anna Rodgers from the UK, recently posted a sweet, in-depth review of Mr. Monarch's first book, "Raw Spirit" - this book has been out for seven or so years now I think and has sold many 1000s of copies...people seem to really appreciate the simple, clear and insightful info shared in this book on the raw lifestyle...we repeatedly hear people say that this slim little volume helped them to finally really get started with raw or take their raw journey to the next level...nice ;) See what Miss Eco-Glam thought about it all HERE - enjoy ;)

on August the 28th I enjoyed:

1 quart water
a peach and a plum
nori sheets stuffed with Sea Clear, avocado, lecithin powder, grated cucumber, sprouts, with samples of new flavoured seeds/crackers on the side...followed by 3tbsp acai powder :)
2 cups water
3 cups greeeeeeen juice
1 cup water

If you're in the UK next weekend, or somewhere in that vicinity, you may love to know about two fabulous upcoming raw-friendly events, which are actually both being held next weekend... ;)

The "Eco-Skills Celebration" gathering runs from September 3rd-5th in West Sussex and is a fund-raising, non-profit celebration, sharing info on permaculture, growing your own food, beekeeping, herbal medicine, biodiesel, wild foods and much more...I would be there in a heartbeat if I was on the other side of the Atlantic ;) Interestingly, all proceeds will be going toward indigenous people in Ecuador...nice synchronicity... ;)
Tickets for the whole weekend run from £25 to £100, depending on what you are willing and able to contribute... Check out http://www.ecoskillscelebration.co.uk for all the info and to book your tickets - enjoy...I'll be there with you in spirit :)

On September the 4th, the "Raw & Wild Festival" will also be held at Plawhatch Farm in West Sussex (West Sussex is apparently the place to be that weekend ;) Plawhatch is a *delightful* old biodynamic farm where Mr. M and I often get produce when we're in England...WELL...they're hosting a FREE raw foodie-friendly one day festival on September the 4th from 10am to 4pm, featuring wild food walks; raw food demos and tasting, talks on raw and wild lifestyles, booths selling yummy treats, natural crafts, raw cafe and the farms' own organic produce shop...childrens' entertainment will be on offer too and volunteers are welcome to help with the day's activities...check out this link HERE for more info and...ENJOY :)

May illuminations of glory be all around you,
Ms. Stokes-Monaaaaaaaaaaaarch. xxx
