Vilcabamba Parties Raw + Free Ani Phyo Interview Playback :)

OMGoddess, what a *packed* and delightful time we've been enjoying here in Vilcabamba for the 2011 Raw Food Gathering - so many beautiful people, wonderful workshops and uplifting energy :)

on May the 4th I appreciated:

1 quart water
chunk of fresh watermelon, chunk of fresh pineapple
cup of mandarin/passion fruit juice - INTENSE ;O
water of a young coconut
bowl of *AMMMMMAZZZZIINNNG* Sea Spaghetti with an avocado/cumin dressing - WOW :)
2 cups water
30 chlorella tablets
water of two young coconuts


on May the 5th I loved:

1 quart water
chunk of fresh pineapple, chunk of mango, a delicious dragon fruit
30 chlorella tablets
water of a young coconut
bowl of *AMMMMMAZZZZIINNNG* Sea Spaghetti with an avocado/cumin dressing - WOW :) Followed by a little bowl of homemade raw ice cream with lavender
2 cups water
water of a young coconut


Those dear raw food educators Jackie and Gideon Graff in Atlanta would love to let y'all know that they have some exciting courses coming up soon, including the next round of their well-known three-week Certification course... You can see all the info for this intensive three-week package HERE and these are the dates for the next couple of intakes for the three-week courses:

June 13th to July 2nd
September 12th to October 1st

They also offer a shorter one-week "Raw Food Homechef" course, which you can see all the details for HERE and these are the upcoming dates for the one-week courses:

July 17th-23rd

on May the 7th I loved:

1 quart water
1 cup mandarin/passion fruit juice
a yummy mango and 4 granadillas
water of a young coconut
bowl of *AMMMMMAZZZZIINNNG* Sea Spaghetti with an avocado/cumin dressing, stuffed into lettuce leaves and curry wraps, with some salted pumpkin seeds on the side, followed by three lucuma balls
water of two young coconuts
