on July the 1st I enjoyed:

1 quart water
1 cup mandarin/passionfruit juice
½ a yummmers papaya
2 cups coconut water blended with Elixir of The Lake
bowl of energy soup fresh from the garden with nori/avocado/sauerkraut/fresh pistachio butter on the side, followed by leftover carob yumballs :)
2 cups water
a yummmerrrrs mango
water of two young coconuts

on July the 2nd we were on the road aaaaaaaaall day and I loved:

1 quart water
1 cup mandarin/passionfruit juice
1 cup coconut water mixed with Elixir of The Lake
2 tbsp spirulina crunchies
bowl of chia pudding with fresh fruit salad: banana, papaya, mango
2 cups coconut water
little handful of macadamias with green raisins, a green apple
1 cup horchata tea
2 curry powersticks
1 cup water

on July the 3rd I was blissed with:

1 quart water
1 cup mandarin/passionfruit juice
2 cups coconut water blended with Elixir of The Lake
a yummmerrrrrs mango, chunk of papaya
bowl of energy soup fresh from the garden, with avocado/sauerkraut/SeaClear/nori on the side, followed by a few *amazing* dried longans :)
2 cups herbal tea
water of a young coconut
a yummmmmmmers mango
2 cups herbal tea
