Avocado Fries

I love spicy french fries and discovered these:

1 cup ground flax seeds
1 cup chia seeds
1/4 c water
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

mix all ingredients but water. Cut avocado into slices, dip into water to coat then sprinkle the dry mix over the slices. I use a pie plate or shallow plate to do the coating. Dehydrate until desired crispiness you love.
