on October the 10th I loved:
1 quart water
water of a young coconut
tub of fresh blackberries :)
2 cups smoothie: coconut water, Greener Grasses, carob powder, maca, stevia
½ of an *amazing* mamey sapote
3 cups smoothie: coconut water, Greener Grasses, carob powder, maca, stevia
yummy shared cucumber meal with Mr. M - cucumber, dulse, avocado, stuffed into nori sheets, with kale chips on the side, followed by a mug of yummmmmy horchata tea
2 cups water
on October the 11th I enjoyed:
1 quart water
2 cups smoothie: coconut water, Greener Grasses, carob powder, maca, lecithin
1 yummy little papaya
bowl of leftover cucumber salad from yesterday, stuffed into nori sheets with a curry powerwrap on the side, followed by 3 tbsp acai powder
2 cups water
1 cup YUMMY mixed juice from neighbours
mug of herbal tea
a papaya and 2 little dragon fruits
1 cup water
on October the 12th I appreciated:
1 quart water
2 cups smoothie: coconut water, Greener Grasses, carob powder, maca, lecithin
a papaya, a dragon fruit
2 cups watermelon/orange juice
bowl of fruit salad
water of a young coconut
big bowl of cucumber salad stuffed into nori sheets with a little Brazil nut butter :)
mug of horchata tea
1 cup water
