Hmmmm…unfortunately my pictures from Saf Restaurant turned out to be a little un-inspiring ;) My stills camera has been other-than-cooperative for some time now and I thought it had stopped being moody, yet apparently not ;) So, if you’d love to see some good photos of Saf, I suggest you check their website HERE ;)
Instead, you can visit Ms. Magic’s fabulous photo blog HERE for some recent photos of the Monarch and I doing some impromptu DJ-ing at the Magic residence ;) FUN :)

Here's a yummy little reminder that came through on the free 'ThinkArete.com' daily email recently and really resonated for me - LOVE it ;

"'Pain is a relatively objective, physical phenomenon; suffering is our psychological resistance to what happens.
Events may create physical pain, but they do not in themselves create suffering.
Resistance creates suffering.
Stress happens when your mind resists what is...The only problem in your life is your mind's resistance to life as it unfolds.'

~ Dan Millman, 21st century philosopher from The Way of the Peaceful Warrior

The Dalai Lama says basically exactly the same thing: "Pain is inevitable; suffering is optional."

Are you suffering?
If so, what are you resisting?
Allow life to unfold…"

Beautiful...:)))) You can sign up for the free ThinkArete daily emails HERE...ENJOY :)

May you embrace your unfolding journey today with joy, love and giggles :)
