OoOOoooo la la, would you perhaps love to get a little juicier this autumn? WELL, Mr. David 'Juice Feasting' Rainoshek has some fun news for you. He will be hosting his first ever Juice Feasting private group session, for a month from October the 2^nd to November the 2^nd. He's taking on just 12 juicy people to share this experience, which will involve one–on–one coaching and group support for the whole month...marvellous ;)

bowl of energy soup with a piece of Lydia's Sunflower Bread on the side, followed by a little handful of Incan berries

3 cups greeeeeeeeeeeen juice: celery, cucumber, parsley, spinach, ginger

2 apples, a little handful of Incan berries, 2 Tbsp AMAZING Wilderness Poet hemp/pistachio/halva spread – WOW :)

...and in other 'educational–experiential–opportunities' news, dear Elena from Birth Into Being has a 10–DAY Apprenticeship Training coming up soon over on the east coast. Elena only goes to the east coast once a year and this year's dates are October 14–23^rd. There are three ways to participate: for 2 days, 4 days or the whole 10 days. WOW. 2 cups greeeeeeeen juice: celery, cucumber, endive, fennel, romaine, zucchini, lemon

½ bowl of energy soup with new cracker samples on the side, followed by 2 Tbsp Wilderness Poet halva spread

cup of soooothing herbal tea

2 cups water

double shot of aloe vera juice

½ bowl of energy soup with new cracker samples on the side, followed by some apple–cinnamon dehydrated 'snappers'

1 quart water

The 'Women Go Raw' team came to visit me in Ojai a few days back, on their biodiesel solar–powered RV tour ;) Love it...these lightworker women are doing some wonderful movin' and shakin' to spread this healing message...we went to play in a park together and below is a little video of my interview with them – enjoy ;)
