on September the 1st I loved:


1 quart water

double shot of sprout juice (YEEEEEEEEEE–HAH ;)

3 cups greeeeeeeeeeeeeen juice: romaine, celery, fennel, tiny bit of carrot

1 Tbsp bee pollen

bowl of energy soup with sauerkraut and flax cracker samples on the side, followed by a few lucuma slices dipped in almond butter – YUM :)

3 cups water

3 cups goji water with Marine Phytoplankton

3 cups coconut water with Greener Grasses and Merlin's Elixir

little bowl of LUSCIOUS pudding: blended together a handful of soaked incan berries with a half–pack of freeze–dried durian, 3 ice cubes and a little water – WOW :)

2 cups water


OoOoooo, I'm excited to say that Mr. Steve Pavlina is holding a three–day 'Conscious Growth Workshop' soon in Las Vegas, from October 2nd–4th. WOW, I would be there for sure if we weren't on tour at that time... This is Steve's FIRST ever live workshop and I believe it will be a wonderful experience for all involved. on September the 2nd I enjoyed:


1 quart water

1 Tbsp bee pollen

2 cups greeeeeeeeen juice: celery, cucumber, spinach, parsley, ginger, lime

celebratory meal at Au Lac :) Shared feast of raw garlic bread, 'De La Mamma' broccoli dish, a little 'Fryed Chycks' and 'Donut Holes' dessert – YummmmmmmmmMmMmmmmm – we love Chef Ito :)

2 cups greeeeeeeeen juice: celery, cucumber, spinach, parsley, ginger, lime

3 cups water


on September the 3rd I loved:


1 quart water

2 cups greeeeen juice: celery, cucumber, zucchini, spinach, fennel, endive, parsley, ginger, lime – WOW :)

bowl of energy soup with coconut crisps and sauerkraut on the side, followed by sample bites of two possible new raw food bars ;)

2 cups greeeeeeen juice: celery, cucumber, zucchini, spinach, fennel, endive, parsley, ginger, lime

2 apples with a handful of sunflower greens and two more trial bites of bar samples

...and if you're currently located to the right of the Atlantic and would like a fun event to play out at, here's a jolly suggestion ;)

On Saturday September 12th, the lovely biodynamic Plawhatch Farm in Sussex will be playing host to the FREE one–day 'Raw and Wild Festival' from 10am–4pm – yeeeeeeeee–HAH :)

Sounds yummy, oooo I'd be there too if I was more to the east...t'will be a day to celebrate local raw food, with speakers, stalls, juices, cakes, foraging, food demos, a Q & A panel, farm garden tour, children's activities and live music.

The event is a totally FREE, inspired community day for all to enjoy – more info HERE :)
