OOoOoooo, exciting news - we have the first SPANISH translation of one of my e-books ready :) We've had SO many requests for Spanish versions over the years and the delightful Carla Blanes Cañero over in Europe has been so kind as to put her shiniest translator hat on and provide us with the Spanish version of my first book 'How to Go Raw For Weight Loss' or..."Reforma Cruda: Cómo pasarse a los crudos para perder peso" - yeeeeee-HAH :)
You can see the Spanish e-book HERE. We also have the French e-books HERE and many more translations are on their way from all over the place - we have Norwegian, Danish, German, Serbian, Polish and more in the works... :)
THANK YOU to all the amazing translators worldwide and please let any of your Spanish-speaking loved ones know that this first book is now ready, if they'd love to dive in... ;)
on October the 22nd I loved:
1 quart water
shot of wheatgrass (felt reeaaaaally nauseous from that ;)
2 cups STRONG green juice: celery, cucumber, zucchini, buckwheat and sunflower greens, mixed sprouts, ginger, lemon
bowl of energy soup with flax crackers on the side, followed by a little shared hand–mixed yumpot (lucuma, mesquite, maca, pine nut butter, cinnamon, vanilla powder, water)
3 cups water
1.5 cups STRONG green juice: celery, cucumber, zucchini, buckwheat and sunflower greens, mixed sprouts, ginger, lemon
2 Tbsp bee pollen, ½ bag of Noniland coconut crisps, apple–oatmeal cookie
cup of bancha tea
3 cups water
Mmmmm, so it's Halloween next week and here in Louisville, KY where we're talking today there are certainly some VERY elaborate decorated gardens with giant spiders, grave stones, skeletons and more...yet the scariest part of Halloween to me, as I'm sure many of you would agree, is all the refined sugars, crazy candies, cakes and sucrose blues most children (and many adults) go through at this time of year :(
Dr Ritamarie has a wonderful Halloween e–book all about the perils of standard Halloween 'treats' and packed instead with yummmmmmmy, fun, goulish RAW snacks, cookies, sweets and so on – YAY :) The good doctor is coming to the rescue ;) You can check out her book HERE – she just updated it for this year with new info, recipes and so on, so now you get your scary gloves and masks on and get busy in your kitchen with these healthy treats ;)
on October the 23rd I was blissed with:
1 quart water
2 cups STRONG green juice: celery, cucumber, bok choi, mustard greens, lettuces, parsley, ginger, lemon
½ a papaya with lime juice – YUMMMM :)
bowl of energy soup with sauerkraut and spiced sunflower seeds on the side, followed by a little bowl of chia/pomegranate/almond milk pudding – NICE :)
3 cups water
YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMY little bowl of banana ice cream with purple mulberries – phew ;)
3 cups water
