OMGODDESS, I am getting SO excited about getting back down to Vilcabamba in Ecuador sooooon, to re-connect with the land there and see what unfolds next in the development of our kins' domain... :) We will be back in the area from the end of February, all being well and I am getting waves of excitement daily just to imagine being there, back on the land... :)
Many other lovely beings seem to be planning to be in the Vilcabamba area by May the 4th too, to enjoy the intended free-flow "Raw Food Gathering" together...EXCITING :) If you haven't yet seen the community website I created for people to connect about this open event, you can check that out HERE - you'll find info and links on the local area, travel ideas, accommodation options, the intention for the gathering and more...if you don't yet have clear plans for May and would love to come and explore Vilcabamba, this might be a fun event for you to connect to - we look forward to seeing you there, if you are drawn... :)

on January the 6th I loved:

2 cups greeeen juice from the Tree of Life Café
3 cups water
30 chlorella 'nuts' with 2 tbsp coconut oil
3 cups water
2 cups greeeen juice from the Tree of Life Café
4 tbsp bee pollen
2 cups greeeen juice from the Tree of Life Café

This new year is feeling VERY powerful to me already...a big calling to step up, keep up, keep pace with the unfolding of significant new shifts...I imagine a lot of you are feeling this intensity of flow too...so today I wanted to share a quote that landed in my inbox recently from Hazelden, which spoke a lot to me about letting go, moving with the energy and stepping beyond fear - enjoy:

"It's so easy to get trapped by fear – fear about leaving a job, or a familiar neighborhood or city; fear about learning something new; fear about upsetting a relationship – the list is endless. We can get comfy even in situations that are actually detrimental, not because they are meeting our needs but because we are afraid to give up what we know."

Mmmmm, love it...blessings to you all on this roller-coaster ride of opportunities unfolding... ;)

All love,
Angela. xxx
