It's Time To Get Planting... :)

If you have an 'Organic Acres' garden in the USA, like we do, you may have seen that it's time now to start choosing the seeds you'd like to grow on your plot this season :) There is currently a list of 72 different produce items you can choose from, inside your OrganicAcres back office. I just chose 23 crops for our plot :)


Lemon-Basil * Zucchini Squash * Butter Cos Lettuce * Buttercrunch Lettuce * Pac Choi * Cilantro * Cumin * Dill * Broccoli * Cucumbers * Carrots * Cherry Tomatoes * Italian Parsley * Spinach * Stupice Tomatoes * Summertime Lettuce * Sugar Snap Peas * Celery * Broccoli * Yellow Pear Tomato * Wonder Bell Pepper * Superpik Squash * Purple Haze Carrots

WOW :)))) I am EXCITED to see what we receive from the land there this year - as and when we're back in the US we'll be able to enjoy some of it ourselves, or otherwise I imagine it will be sent as love offerings to Mr. Monarch's family... ;)

On April the 6th I enjoyed:

1 quart water
3 cups coconut water with marine phytoplankton and chocolate extract drops
1.5 cups watermelon/lime juice
2 cups greeeeeeeen mango smoothie from Mr. M :)
2 cups water
2 cups greeeeen juice
slice of watermelon
friend's birthday celebration feast featuring amazing kale salad, guacamole, flax crackers and *fabulous* raw strawberry cake :)
2 mugs of reishi/shilajit/ormus tea
2 cups water

on April the 7th I loved:

1 quart water
2 cups greeeeeen juice mixed with pineapple juice
chunk of watermelon
2 cups greeeeeen mango smoothie from Mr. M
2 cups water
2 cups greeeen juice mixed with pineapple juice
a little leftover kale salad with flax crackers
little bowl of interesting home-made raw 'cornflakes' with dried prunes and almond milk
2 mugs of reishi/shilajit/ormus tea
2 cups water


On April the 8th I appreciated:

1 quart water
1 cup pineapple juice
3 cups coconut water with phytoplankton and chocolate extract drops
2 cups yummmmy greeeeeeeeen/mango smoothie from Mr. M
mug of reishi/shilajit/ormus tea with almond milk
2 cups water
2 cups greeeeen smoothie with mango, papaya, avo, greeeens
2 cups coconut water with phytoplankton and chocolate extract drops
2 cups greeeeen smoothie with mango, papaya, avo, greeeens
mug of reishi/shilajit/ormus tea with almond milk
2 cups water
