Wanna Share *Your* Story...?

Mmmmmm, I have an interesting request today for those of you who have already experienced our 30-day Weight Loss Plan, Live Lightly. We're gathering up testimonials for the Plan, from those who have already participated, or are currently enjoying the plan at the moment...
That techie master Mr. Gianni made a special recording area for y'all to call in and leave a message for us, telling us about *your* experiences with the 30-day programme. If you'd love to call in and leave your testimony, the number to dial is (001 first, if outside N. America) (512) 827-0505, then it is extension 3059#. You'll hear a little intro message from me, then a beeeeeeeeeep and you can leave your message after that - thanks :)
If you prefer to email us your testimonial, that would be delightful too - just send it in to angela@rawreform.com, gracias...
Or if you have yet to point your attention field at the Live Lightly Plan and you're wondering what it's all about, you can see all about it at www.LiveLightlyPlan.com - enjoy :)

on April the 15th I enjoyed:

1 quart water
1.5 cups greeeeen juice mixed with pineapple juice
2 cups green/mango smoothie with Mr. M, topped with a few dried incan berries and a little spirulina
3 cups water
mug of reishi/shilajit/ormus tea
½ an avocado with dulse and flax crackers
water of a young coconut with marine phytoplantkon and chocolate extract drops
bowl of fresh fruit salad with chia seed gel
mug of reishi/shilajit/ormus tea
1 cup water

At a time when many people seem to be focused on the ash flow from Iceland, perhaps you'd enjoy tuning in to some yummy creative Icelandic flow instead... Our dear friend Kate Magic did a very sweet little interview in her Bubble recently with some other dear friends of ours', Jonsi and Alex from Iceland :) LOVE it :) ...and listening to that led me on the trail to viewing some raw recipe videos the guys put up on their site recently over at www.JonsiandAlex.com - very cool, check out how to make "Macadamia Monster Mash", "Raw Strawberry Pie" and "Nammi Nammi" balls...they even have a *gorgeous* free raw recipe book you can download, full of love, called the "Good Heart Recipe Book" - I've been in love with the work of these guys ever since a friend mentioned Sigur Ros to me back in the late '90s at university...she said smthg along the lines of '...these guys make strange ethereal music with Icelandic and nonsense words - I think you'll like it...' and indeed I did and indeed I DO still love these guys and all their beautiful creative flow...enjoy :)))
