Most of you probably know by now just how much I LOVE the "Anastasia"/"Ringing Cedars" book series...they have had a HUGE impact on my life in recent years...and now these lovely maidens have set up a 10-week online Study Group to explore Book 1 of the series...you can check out all the details for this new group, which is set to kick off on July 7th, HERE.

on June the 7th I enjoyed:

1 quart water
1 cup mandarin/passionfruit juice
3 cups greeeeeeeeen juice mixed with pineapple juice
cup coconut water blended with blue-green algae
3 cups coconut water
bowl of yummmerrrrs energy soup from the garden, with a little sauerkraut/nori/Sea Clear on the side, followed by a yumpot bowl of carob powder/almond butter/raisins :)
mug of herbal tea
water of two young coconuts

3 tbsp bee pollen
2 tbsp spirulina crunchies
water of a young coconut
handful of BBQ Coconut Chips
bowl of energy soup with sauerkraut on the side, followed by a yumpot bowl of carob powder/almond butter/raisins :)
mug of herbal tea
water of a young coconut


on June the 9th I loved:

1 quart water
cup of mandarin/passionfruit juice
chunk of fresh papaya
3 cups greeeeeeen juice mixed with pineapple juice
bowl of energy soup from the garden with sauerkraut and nori on the side, followed by a little handstirred yumpot of almond butter, local honey, orange flavour extract and carob - wow :)
mug of herbal tea
handful of yummmmmy curry coconut chips
2 cups water
