Frightfully RAW Fun... :)

Mmmmmm, it’s Halloween time of course now for many people around the world...parents and raw foodists all over may grimace and fret about all that refined sugar, the crazy mood swings and so on – and YET – help is at hand ;) Here are a few yummy raw food resources for a hopefully less ‘frightful’ celebration, nutritionally-speaking ;)

*There’s an AMAZINGLY handsome looking pumpkin pie recipe on WeLikeItRaw at the moment – see HERE.
Thanks, Dhru and chef Rachel Fracassa for sharing :)

*Heidi and Justin at RawFoodRightNow.com also have some GREAT Halloween posts – HERE’s the most recent one, with a FABULOUS picture of a watermelon ‘brain’ ;)
HERE is also an older post of theirs with Halloween Recipes and tips.

*Dr Ritamarie Loscalzo has a whole Halloween raw food e-book to share over on her site HERE – packed with recipes, stories and tips – fun ;)

I do hope you ENJOY the celebrations this weekend if Halloween is part of your picture...may the greeeeeeeeeeeen goblins be with you ;)

on October the 29th I had:

1 quart water
little mug of rose tea
2 cups veggie juice: celery, cucumber, spinach, kale, beetroot, carrots, ginger
2 cups energy soup with flax crackers and pistachio butter on the side, followed by yum-balls made by the Monarch (containing lucuma, chia, gojis, pine nut butter and maca)
little cup of spicy tea
3 cups water
2 OUTRAGEOUS persimmons
1.5 cups veggie juice: celery, cucumber, spinach, kale, beetroot, carrots, ginger
bowl of grawnola from Shellbel
3 cups water

I felt moved to share some of the messages today that have been coming in from one reader – Cindy – who set out on a raw journey after seeing the CNN report on my weight loss on September the 23rd. In just a MONTH, Cindy has already released 20LBS by adopting a raw lifestyle and she has been dropping us emails too along the way – here are some recent snippets from the last few days that I felt to share – I think she has such a lovely, direct way of sharing her passion for this new way of life:

“I'm now 19#'s lighter this morning since receiving your weight loss testimony of eating raw food and I just can't wait to see another 100 plus pounds gone. It hasn't been yet a month. Just the other day a friend of mine told me I was shrinking. I did not know that anyone would even notice (and I don't care really, I care that I notice) but I was delightfully surprised. I thought I would have to show a marked amount of weight loss before it was noticeable to even myself.
I'm excited! If this is how quickly the weight comes off, then wow...I will be at my happy body weight in no time. A wonderful comment I heard and keep in mind is that the body will take itself to it's proper place when we eat the right foods for our body. No need to count calories and measure food. We just eat what nature intended for our bodies, and our bodies will adjust and reach "it's" proper weight.
This wonderful feeling of peace and calm and clarity is too hard to explain unless one has experienced it. I thought I would have to wait until the majority of my weight was released to enjoy this sensation, but it wasn't so...I felt it almost immediately as if it were some magic pill. And nature is in itself
magic to me so to speak. The answer to this feeling of freedom from garbage food, is the food from nature.
Just...thanks so very much for all that you do, and for all that you share to make this program a possibility for me for life. I can't imagine going back to the way I used to feel. And if losing 20 lbs. in a month can make me feel this great, I can't even imagine how losing the additional 100 will make me feel. I'm sure it will get better...and along the path, I am sure to feel the effects of detox. It's okay. Much better than
spending the rest of my life eating SAD.
How can an overweight Mama like me feel as light as a feather? I don't know. But, I feel it little by little, day by day...and I look forward to each new morning and bask in it's newness and my newness as well. You have helped me to save my life! Your article on CNN was timely and I know that I for one have been blessed by it as I am sure many, many others have. In order to keep myself motivated, I read your story every week or so, just so I know that I will get there soon enough.
Thanks ever so much!!!

With sincere gratitude,
"
Cindy

WOW – CONGRATS, Cindy, thanks for sharing and ALL blessings to you for your journey onwards :)

on October the 30th I had:

1 quart water
little mug of spicy tea
shot of wheatgrass/ginger/lime juice
2 YUMMERS persimmons and 3 figs
little mug of spicy tea
3 cups water
2 cups energy soup with flax crackers and okra on the side, followed by a few yum-balls made by the Monarch (containing lucuma, chia, gojis, pine nut butter and maca)
3 cups water
2 cups veggie juice: celery, cucumber, parsley, spinach, beetroot, kale, Jerusalem artichoke, carrot, ginger
2 cups water

I had my first persimmons of the season yesterday. Oh My GODDDDDDDESSSSSSSSS...are these things actually still LEGAL? Lol…how BLESSED we are that mama nature is SO kind to us, that she brought forth a creation as lusciously, outrageously, seductively sweet and delicious as the persimmon... If you’re reading this and wondering what I’m talking about, then please be sure next time you’re near a fruit seller, to pick up at least one or two RIPE specimens of these nuggets of pure YUMMM, straight from nature (I would be cautious though, personally, eating more than one or two of these yummies at a time – they feel VERY sugary to me ;)
N.B. these fruits also go by the name of ‘Sharon Fruit’ in some places too... I remember the first time I ever had a persimmon. I was visiting the intentional/spiritual community Damanhur in Italy, back in the autumn of 2004. I had just quit the waitressing job I’d been doing in a mainstream café in Iceland, so that I could concentrate on writing my first book about raw foods. I’d been on a raw path for 2.5 years by then and released around 160lbs of excess weight. A fellow visitor at the Damanhur centre had a pack of persimmons with him (‘kaki’ in Italian, I believe). I’d never seen this kind of fruit before and he offered me one to try. It was LOVE at first bite...unbelievable...this is one of those foods that when I eat it, I just cannot fathom why anyone would want to eat packaged/processed cakes/candies and so on, when they could eat foods like these, straight from nature...lol ;) Well, pesky processed-food-addictions aside, I hope you get to enjoy some of these beautiful creations this season, if they’re hanging out in your vicinity...ENJOY :) (Oh, and be sure to BRUSH YOUR TEETH afterwards ;)

MUAAHHH,
All love,

Exhaling...

Hmmmmmm, the Rawkathon's over now... ;(
Did you enjoy it, if you listened in? I hope so...what an inspiring week of INPUT...I also kind of feel smthg like the 'exhale' today, after the massive 'inhale' all this week of wonderful info...thanks so much again to Kevin and Ann-Marie Gianni for sharing this creation with us...in recent days I have been re-inspired to FLOSS consistently (thanks, Jameth ;), keep up the algae intake (thanks, Rick ;) and to keep on loving, singing and smiling (thanks, Happy ;) The Monarch and I are actually doing a follow-up Q&A call with Kevin today (Oct 28th at 12 noon EST), which you can listen to HERE if you're signed up for the Rawkathon packages...if you miss the call when it's live, you can always listen back to it later ;)

Another thing that has been inspiring me this last week has been receiving all of your BEAUTIFUL messages containing your wishes for healing for yourselves and others, in response to the latest RawReform Giveaway...wow...thank you all for sharing such amazing messages of hope, heart and faith...we read every message sent in and have been jettisoning love back out to all your connections ;) If you have not yet sent in a message of healing and would love to do so, here are the details: just send in your A to the following Q:

"If you could lovingly heal any aspect of your life right now (or that of someone else), what would it be and why?"

One person picked at random from the entries will receive a a FREE copy of the inspiring 'Try it on Everything' DVD about the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), PLUS the Companion Book for the documentary.
Please send your answer to angela@rawreform.com. We will of course continue sending love and healing energy to all those mentioned in the messages and the winner of the DVD will be chosen at random and announced in the next RawReform newsletter.

I am falling in love with RE-BOUNDING again at the moment – SOOoOoOoOoo FUN :) I’m noticing that the nearer we get to winter-time and the colder it gets outside, the more I’m gravitating towards exercising inside...I LOVE being out in the fresh air here by the coast everyday too – I just notice that whereas a few months ago I would have enthusiastically been out in the hills/down by the ocean in the sun for hours at a time, now it’s more like a brisk walk, wrapped in many layers and the rebounder is taking over as the main exercise of choice for me ;)
We were SO blessed to pick this rebounder up at a car boot sale (like a big swap-meet/garage sale) recently for £5 (around $10) :O LOVE it :) Those of you who have been reading here for a while may recall that last year we picked up a Breville Juice Fountain at a similar sale for £1 ($2) – LOL – I LOVE these kind of gatherings for picking up bargains like these – I would SO recommend it...there nearly ALWAYS seems to be people selling juicers at these events – you know the kind of story: they bought it, used it a few times and it’s been in the kitchen cupboard ever since ;) Fine opportunity for a raw foodie to step in, pick up a bargain and re-distribute it to a home that will use it, perhaps ;) ...mostly they tend to be centrifugal juicers (like the Juice Fountain) at these sales (I’ve yet to see a twin gear or Norwalk, for example ;) – still, a juicer is a juicer, especially for someone getting started on a journey of improved health...
As for our yummy new rebounder – it was the same kind of story from the sweet young couple who sold us that – they bought it, used it a few times, then it sat in their garage for about a year (waiting for us ;) – it has since been in use every day since we got it... ;) I LOVE rebounding...I love how after I’ve been on there for a while, I start to notice how the slightest adjustment in the way I’m jumping/moving impacts my physique in a slightly different way – it’s SO subtle, yet feels so great, stretching this bit, moving that bit there, letting the oxygen edge just a little deeper into this tissue here and so on...YUMMY :)

One love, we love, our love, your love, all love,

Fun new raw food housing opportunity:
Those of you who have been reading here for a while may recall a yummy opportunity that came up some months ago for a live-in raw food chef in Sussex, England on a GORGEOUS 8-acre property called ‘Mistletoe Meadows’. Well, that position was very happily filled by one of our ever-expanding, vibrant raw family and NOW there is an opportunity for someone else to join the team there – FUN :)
The property owner, Jennifer, would love to welcome someone else to the grounds on an energy exchange basis, to help out for the winter and possibly longer. The main roles would be assisting with the daily raw food prep (sprouting, dehydrating, juicing etc), as well as providing a couple of healing massage treatments per week for Jennifer (feet/lower leg). In return for helping out with those tasks, the new community member will have their own bedroom and bathroom rent-free, share the kitchen and living room with Jennifer and of course have access to the lovely 8-acres of organic gardens and grounds, plus swimming pool – yummy ;)
If this sounds like an opportunity YOU would relish, you can contact Jennifer on: dragonfly229 (at) hotmail.com (replace ‘at’ with the @ symbol), being sure to write ‘Community Retreat Project’ in the subject title, please.
(Just like before, I imagine this position is equally open to international candidates as it is to UK residents, provided any international applicants take care of their own visa/travel arrangements, etc... ;)

ENJOY :)
All love,

I haven’t watched EVERY part of every interview yet – I’ve seen most of it though and here are some of the things I have very much appreciated so far:

*Mike Adams’ enthusiasm, integrity and whole perspective – LOOOOVE it – wow, I just resonate with it all so intensely – I was just nodding and smiling and saying ‘YES’ for the whole hour ;)

Afterwards, you can also purchase the interviews as a DVD set if you so desireth...there will also be some extra ‘bonus’ interviews after the video event – myself and the Monarch for example will be conducting a telephone interview with Mr. Gianni in the week after the event: maybe we’ll do some re-enactments of our favourite parts from the video interviews, maybe we’ll do the whole conversation in ‘pig latin’ or perhaps we’ll all take a vow of silence that day – we’ll see... ;)
ENJOY the Rawkathon HERE.

Losing Half Our Bodies and Finding Our True Selves... :)

WOW, what an amazing last few weeks it's been for raw food in the media :)
Did you see our dear brother Philip McCluskey on CBS a couple of days ago? YUMMY :) For those of you who aren't yet familiar with Philip, he has released over 200lbs since going raw a couple of years ago - :O
He is a living, walking, smiling, loving, breaaaaaathing example of the transformative powers a raw food lifestyle can help us unfold...he went from 400lbs, ill, miserable and contemplating Gastric Bypass Surgery, to a slim, healthy, happy, shiny young raw man on a mission to spread the good raw word - yeeeeeeeeeeeeee-HAH :) Love it...Check out his lovely reception from 'The Doctors' on CBS in the video below:

...AND - while we're on the subject of 200lb raw food weight losses ;) - have you seen Clent Manich's AMAZING before and after pics yet? Clent went raw just in JANUARY this year and has already released over 200lbs, reversed Type 2 Diabetes, climbed Mount Whitney and witnessed 170 people in his local area join him for a 'Green Smoothie Challenge' - WOW, what a year, Clent ;) The Mail Tribune newspaper recently ran a story about Clent's eventful last few months - you can see that HERE.

Here's a little quote that came through on a 'ThinkArete' morning email recently that I LOVED and resonated SOOOOOO much with, it had me laughing out loud:

"Rumi taught us that “The intelligent want self control; children want candy.""

I LOVE that. I can totally identify with the concept of the 'child wanting candy', as I wrote about in Raw Emotions: I came to realise with my OWN relationship with food that if I looked at smthg, I wanted to eat it - instant gratification, stuff those feelings down, gimme smthg sweeeeeet, etc ;) ...and of course, 'candy' for many people doesn't necessarily refer to literal candy in their interactions with the world - maybe it translates as instant gratification through drinking, drugs, sex, shopping, gambling or any other of a host of ways we can 'act out'...
Now, I'm not so much into the idea of 'self control'/willpower/strict 'discipline' and so on - I am very enamoured however with the simple release that BALANCE and CONSISTENCY can bring to our lives, if we're willing to go with that and be with that flow, day by day - not impulsive, helter-skelter acting-out on every compulsive urging...instead, moderation, the middle way, calm, loving, nourishing, clear-headed, serene...MMmmmm, thanks for the inspiration, Rumi :)

Those of you who receive the RawReform Newsletter will have already seen this month’s Prize Giveaway Contest...for those of you who aren’t subscribed, here’s the contest scoop (and you can subscribe to the newsletter HERE, if you'd like ;) :

Have you ever tried EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)? If not, it is a simple and easy to learn, fast-acting healing technique that involves tapping places on your body with your fingertips, to release stagnant or uncomfortable energy and emotions in those circuits. EFT works with the subtle meridian lines of energy that run through the body, as used in acupuncture, although in EFT there is no use of needles – just your fingertips. EFT can be used to find relief for emotional discomfort of any kind – from handling food cravings, to road rage, to painful memories, to managing a broken limb.
I was introduced to EFT by a dear friend, at a point when my life felt very much in ‘crisis’. It is a superb tool and often felt like a ‘lifesaver’ for me, to get through that period. There is a basic tapping sequence to learn, along with a few accompanying things to say, to help focus your attention on the issue you’re currently experiencing. All the basics of EFT can be easily learnt using the free manual that you can download at www.emofree.com.

One motto of EFT is ‘try it on everything’ and one advocate, Nick Ortner, has now brought out a wonderful documentary DVD of that same name, showing JUST how transformational EFT can be for people. You can get a copy of the DVD HERE.
If you'd love to win a FREE copy of Nick's DVD PLUS the Companion Book for the documentary, just send in your A to the following Q:

"If you could lovingly heal any aspect of your life right now (or that of someone else), what would it be and why?"

Please send your answer to angela@rawreform.com. We will naturally send love and healing energy to all those mentioned in the messages and the winner of the DVD will be chosen at random and announced in the next newsletter.
THANKS and happy tapping ;)

All love,
Angela. xxx

You want some Dream Bar...??? ;)

Tralallalalaaaa, more super-synching event details to share:

Firstly, I am delighted to announce that the Monarch and myself have added another speaking event to our whistle-stop Sweden visit :) We’ll now also be speaking at the charming Levande Föda raw food retreat centre in Väddö, on October the 16th from 7pm. Raw food will be available at the centre from 6pm and there will be a 15 euro entrance fee for the talks. If you’d love to come along to join in the fun, please make contact at levandfoda.se.

IF, on the other hand you happen to be in the UK in the coming days and you’d love some juicy raw inspiration, perhaps you’d love to hop along to Wolfie’s Metamorphosis Retreat in Dorset, from October the 20th-23rd? I just heard too that the chef for the whole event is Russell James, who is reputedly a superb artist with raw goodies – he certainly has a pretty website and judging from this picture of one of his chocolate cake creations, he knows how to impress ;)

Ok, SO many of you have been writing in asking for the recipe for the Monarch’s ‘Dream Bars’, that I felt compelled to get the details from him (I didn’t even know how they were made ;) So, get ready for a meltdown into all things sublime... He even graciously did a live 8-minute video demo of how to make the bars in the kitchen this evening for us, which you can see here:

http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=XvUiFxlJWLE

Almond Dream Bar Recipe

8 oz of raw almond butter
7 oz of raw coconut oil
1/4 cup of lucuma powder
Puree these three ingredients together in a food processor.

Add sprouted/dehydrated buckwheat and goji berries to taste.
Pulse them into mixture briefly, just to mix them in.
Place mixture into container(s), then into the fridge to harden up. Let pieces of this divine mixture melt-in-your-mouth for outrageous yumminess ;)

WOW. This can be made with different nut/seed butters to your taste – tahini is yummy, as is hazelnut and I bet macadamia would be GREAT too. This recipe was originally inspired by the ‘almond dream bars’ served at Live Café in Toronto. I loved this dessert SO much that the Monarch felt he simply must re-create it. They use agave though and I’m not much into sugar-spikes anymore, so he uses low glycemic lucuma powder instead. The buckwheaties and goji berries are not ESSENTIAL – you could just make a solid bar, if you prefer, with no ‘bits’ in – I just LOVE the texture they add...Mmmmmmmmm ;) ENJOY :)

Raw Foods in Scandinavia...??? ;)

OOOooooo, I’m excited to say that the details of our upcoming talk in SWEDEN have finally fallen into place ;) Here’s the scoop, for all of our Scandinavian raw family:

On Saturday the 18th of October, we’ll be speaking at Livshälsa Yoga Studio in Stockholm,
from 1-4pm. Click HERE for full details (in Swedish ;)

…and while we’re on the subject of raw food in Scandinavia, I’d love to give you a little quote here recently sent to me in an email from ‘Birgitta’ in the FAR north of Norway:

“Your book "Raw Emotions" is a must for me to get, for I have long suspected that "eat less and exercise more" is a kindergarten solution. It's a far more complex problem than most slender people realize. I have never met any overweight persons who don't know that they need to "eat less and exercise more". I believe there are some underlying problems that maybe have to be addressed first - or at least they must not be ignored.”

I LOVE that: ‘kindergarten solution’ – that really made me laugh out loud, thanks for sharing, Birgitta :)

on October the 7th I had:

1 quart water
2.5 cups carrot/romaine juice
20 chlorella ‘nuts’
handful of raspberries and blackberries, 4 fresh figs
2 cups water
1.5 cups carrot/romaine juice with spirulina stirred in
2 cups energy soup with flax crackers, followed by 2tbsp goji berries with pine nuts
mug of spicy tea
3 cups water

YUMMY – did you see that ‘Health Book Summaries’ recently posted their summary of ‘Green for Life’, Victoria Boutenko’s CLASSIC raw food book on consuming more greens (especially green smoooooothies ;)? Well, if you haven’t read this outstanding book yet, I’d suggest you skip on over to read this free summary at HealthBookSummaries.com. Even if you HAVE read it, maybe you’d like a little refresher? ;)
There are other GREAT raw titles summarised there too, like Gabriel Cousens’ ‘Spiritual Nutrition’, Wolfie’s ‘Sunfood Diet Success System’, plus many other wonderful titles that aren’t necessarily ‘RAW’-orientated, yet have very valuable info to share, like ‘Selling Sickness’, ‘Appetite for Profit’ and others. The Summaries (if you’re not familiar with them) are compiled by the ever-lovely and multi-skilled Mike Adams of NaturalNews.com and Kevin Gianni of RenegadeHealth.com.
GREAT job at spreading the word, guys ;)

Well, if you haven’t, watch this 10-minute video below – like me, you just might be BLOWN AWAY by the beautiful simplicity of this concept – I hope more people start applying this technique all over the place – IMAGINE the impact that could have...

Do you like the new before/after pic on the front page? I’d LOVE to hear any thoughts/comments/suggestions on any aspect of the site that you might like to share abt – please email angela@rawreform.com to let me know ;) Now seems like an optimal time to shake it all up...
Thanks :)

on October the 3rd I had:

1 quart water
2 cups ‘wild power’ tea
2 cups veggie juice: cucumber, celery, sprouts, carrots with greens, radishes, endive, fennel, lettuces, ginger
2 cups energy soup with flax crackers, followed by a chunk of raw chocolate from Twinkle :)
3 cups water
1 cup energy soup with a mixed-seed ‘cookie’, followed by a little round choco/coconut ‘cake’ at Manna Café
3 cups water

on October the 4th I had:

1 quart water
1 quart veggie juice: zucchini, carrots, celery, ginger, endive, fennel
2 cups energy soup with a curry powerstick, followed by a chunk of ‘Hazelnut dream bar’ from the Monarch ;)
3 cups water
glass of ‘greengasm’ juice at Inspiral Café in Camden
shared plate of raw cheesecake and truffles at Inspiral, mug of lemon/ginger tea
1 cup energy soup
2 durian pods
1 quart water

As I write this, I am just finished eating a yummy meal with the Monarch, during which we were reminiscing about some of the ‘other-than-optimal’ things we used to eat before we went raw... Mr. M was recounting how he would consistently eat 2 microwaved chicken patties on bread for BREAKFAST, followed by tuna straight from the can onto bread for lunch, capped with a dinner of 2 more of those dry chicken patties on...yes, more bread ;) LOL... a definitive recipe for digestive disturbance of untold levels, surely?
I’m pretty sure my pre-raw intake topped his though in terms of calories, greasy trans-fats, crazy choices and just about everything else ;) I was actually doing an interview this morning and the journalist asked what I used to eat in an average day before my raw adventure...it makes me laugh just describing it sometimes – COUNTLESS thousands of calories in a day, starting with 2 rounds of fried-egg toasted sandwiches on white bread with margarine and tomato ketchup for breakfast – about 10 minutes after waking, preferably ;) It really does amaze me that I’m still alive sometimes when I think of the way I used to eat...it truly is incredible how much the human body will tolerate...
These days I rarely seem to eat solids more than twice a day (compared to almost CONSTANT meals/snacking in my past)... I just don’t feel GENUINELY hungry more often than that, during the space of any given day, so there’s no real impetus to eat... When I first met the Monarch and he ate twice a day, that seemed VERY ‘restricted’ to me and I couldn’t imagine eating that way...well, here we are a few years down the line and now I choose to eat that way too...interesting, the way our paths unfold... ;)
I hope YOUR raw journey is unfolding with grace and joy toooooooo...

on October the 5th I had:

1 quart water
1.5 cups ‘wild power’ tea
1.5 cups veggie juice: celery, cucumber, sprouts, lettuce, lambs’ quarters, endive, fennel, carrots with greens, ginger
2 cups energy soup with nori sheets stuffed with mix of hemp seeds/linseed oil/Himalayan salt, followed by a little bowl of durian ice cream
cup of spicy tea
3 cups water
1 cup veggie juice: celery, cucumber, sprouts, lettuce, lambs’ quarters, endive, fennel, carrots with greens, ginger
1 cup energy soup with nori sheets stuffed with mix of hemp seeds/linseed oil/Himalayan salt, followed by a chunk of ‘tahini dream bar’
3 cups water

on October the 6th I had:

1 quart water
3 cups veggie juice: red bell pepper, fennel, carrot
20 chlorella ‘nuts’
2 cups energy soup with a curry ‘powerstick’, followed by a chunk of ‘tahini dream bar’
mug of spicy tea
3 cups water
2 cups energy soup with a curry ‘powerstick’, followed by a chunk of ‘tahini dream bar’
mug of spicy tea
3 cups water

WOW, I am in LOVE. I am feeling totally ADDICTED to the new shampoo and conditioner we have from Soignee ;) LOL...I have never felt so attached to a beauty product before... I heard a woman talking once about how she felt ‘addicted’ to using one brand of ‘natural hair care’ products. I smiled, yet couldn’t really relate, as she enthusiastically recounted how excited she would be to go for a shower, just so that she could use the products and smell their luscious smells... Well, now I’m finding that I CAN actually resonate with that feeling, when I use the Soignee products. They are TRULY amazing – I’ve never used anything like them on my hair...they smell like CHOCOLATE and are sooooooOOoOooooooo rich and creamy and smooooooooooth – my hair feels like silk during and after using them... I feel like I sound like an 1980s shampoo ad right now ;) LOL – it’s all true though – I LOVE these products and feel like I’d love to never use anything else on my hair again (other than breaking the cycle of using any products at ALL, of course ;) I had no real interest in these products at first, yet our customer service gals tried out some samples and were SO excited abt them that they INSISTED we start carrying them in our stores. They even actually ordered the products and added them to the website themselves (unheard of ;), just to be CERTAIN we have them ;) That’s the power of the Soignee line... Here’s some of the official blurb abt them:

“Enriched with soy and wheat proteins, vitamins, herbal extracts, and essential oils. MSM and Panthenol help restore a radiant beauty to all hair types, especially chemically treated or damaged hair. It is gentle enough for everyday use. Soignée MSM Shampoo contains NO Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, methylparaben, propylparaben, alcohols, chemical foaming agents or preservatives, and is hypoallergenic.”

I also hear that their Wrinkle Crème product is outstanding too – I haven’t tried that yet, or the facial crème, facial wash or night crème...we have them all in the RawReform store though - check them out HERE if you’d love some yummy treats for your OUTER body... ;)
ENJOOOOOY :)

All love,
