*Tap Tap* - The Tapping World Summit Starts Tonight ;)

There's another free Summit event starting tonight that you may be very interested to participate in...this one is the 2010 Tapping World Summit and is based around EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or Meridian Tapping. If you're not familiar with EFT, it is a very simple, *very* effective, free, easily learnt technique to release emotional blockages, by tapping with your own fingers on different parts of your own body. Those who have read my book "Raw Emotions" will know I recommend this technique in that book, for emotional release - this technique truly felt like a life-saver to me during a very challenging period of my own life and literally millions of other people worldwide use EFT daily too, for relieving tension, clearing emotional blips, removing anxiety, managing addictions, lowering pain and so on...
This "Tapping World Summit" starts tonight at 8pm Eastern (5pm Pacific) and runs for 10 days. It is totally *free* to listen to all the calls and if you're not familiar with EFT, they even have free intro calls you can listen in to NOW, to familiarise yourself with this technique. on February the 19th my digestive canal received:

1 quart water
2 cups greeeeeeeen juice

1 quart green smoothie: apple, blackberries, sunflower greens, lettuce, chia flour, water,
with spirulina sprinkled on top and a 'lemon spice' raw cookie from a friend, on the side
3 tbsp bee pollen
2 cups reishi/shilajit/ormus tea
2 cups water


on February the 20th I loved:

2 cups coconut kefir
1 quart green smoothie: papaya, CHERRIES, sunflower greens, cilantro, romaine, chia flour, water, with spirulina sprinkled on top :)

I am absolutely *loving* the song "Little by Little" by singer Lay Low at the moment. Lay Low is half-Icelandic, half-Sri Lankan and seems like such a sweet, sincere soul... :) I love this deliciously unprententious little video, recorded on Flatey, a tiny island in Iceland... ENJOY :)
