OMGoddess...we're at the end of the first official day of the Longevity Conference here in Costa Mesa and this place is *BUMPING*...over 1000 longevity enthusiasts are gathered together enjoying talks, food demos, booths, an epic tonic bar and more... I am *SO* excited to see so many of our beautiful friends and soul family all in one place at the same time - we are so blessed and blissed - so much fun and face aches from smiling ;)

follow-up feast of fresh figs with raw almond butter and more *amazing* Cupuaca Acai Spread

samples of green drinks/coconut kefir drinks at Longevity
3 mandarins
fresh fig feast with a little raw almond butter
3 tbsp acai powder
2 cups water, samples of Healthforce drinks
can of freeze-dried durian, a nori 'powerwrap'
2 cups coconut kefir
1 cup water
