Who are YOU going to vote for...?

OOOOOOoooOooooo, very EXCITING – nominations are in and the VOTING is now OPEN for the ‘Best of Raw 2008’ Awards...who and what will you be expressing some gratitude for...? I just went and voted on their site HERE – it’s fun to see ALLLLLL the many choices there are to vote for – what an ABUNDANT, flowing, creative community this is :)
Voting is open until New Year’s Eve, when the ‘winners’ will be announced and there are many yummy giveaway prizes on offer, such as books, raw snack foods, event passes, even raw toothpaste ;)

on December the 16th I had:

1 quart water
2 cups green juice: celery, zucchini, cucumber, fennel, dandelion, parsley
2 tbsp bee pollen
2 cups energy soup with kale chips, followed by a crunchy goji bar
little cup of spicy tea
2 cups water
water of a young coconut
2 cups energy soup with kale chips, followed by a little raw ice cream
2 cups water

We are very blessed to have Mr. Gianni visiting us here in Mexico at the moment to share sombrero moments, west coast sunsets and kelp noodle concoctions ;) As those of you who are familiar with Kevin’s site will know, he posts a video blog (vlog) DAILY to renegadehealth.com and so the last few episodes have been filmed here in Baja, with some Stokes/Monarch action thrown into the mix...
Here’s our first appearance with Mr. Gianni, discussing ideal eating times and what we’d feel joyful to receive as Holiday gifts... ;)


on December the 17th I had:

1 quart water
2 cups green juice: cucumber, celery, romaine, fennel, red bell pepper, lime
2 cups energy soup with kale chips, followed by a little bowl of hand–blended yum: almond butter, lucuma, carob powder, cinnamon, goji berries
2 cups water
1 cup leftover energy soup, a nori roll stuffed with avo/veggies/sprouts and a little pile of kelp noodles with sauce made from macadamia butter/lemon juice/dulse/garic/cucumber, followed by a little bowl of hand–blended yum: almond butter, lucuma, carob powder, cinnamon, goji berries
2 cups water


on December the 18th I had:

1 quart water
little mug of spicy tea
2 cups greeeen juice: cucumber, celery, fennel, kale, ginger. lime
2 cups energy soup with kale chips, followed by a little bowl of hand–blended yum: almond butter, lucuma, carob powder, cinnamon, goji berries
2 cups water
water of one young coconut
about 40 chlorella ‘nuts’
2 cups energy soup with kale chips, followed by a little bowl of hand–blended yum: almond butter, lucuma, carob powder, cinnamon, goji berries
3 cups water
