1 quart water
water of 6 young coconuts
3 tbsp bee pollen
3 tbsp green powder
1 quart water
little handful of chlorella tablets
(not necessarily in that order – all mixed up during space of day ;)
Mmmmm, it felt VERY good to f(e)ast on coconut water and those other yummy add-ons for the Winter Solstice...so, it's all up-hill ever-more back into the light from here, folks...

2 cups energy soup with flax crackers on the side, followed by a little bowl of hand–blended yum: hemp butter, lucuma powder, carob powder, maca force, cinnamon

on December the 23rd I had:

1 tbsp ‘Pure Synergy’ green powder
2 cups energy soup with sugar snap peas on the side, followed by a goji bar

. Very funny too - and I LOVE, love, LOVE that the question 'if you know refined sugars and processed starches are not great for you, why do you still eat them?' was asked and answered. ..yes, I've never actually even seen our warehouse, as I've been out of the US for sooo long now (hopefully that will all shift soon - please send love towards that vision, if you feel drawn ;).
