Mr. Monarch interviews David Wolfe - eeeeek ;)

Oh here ye, oh here ye, on the evening of August 28th, Mr. Monarch shall be conducting a live interview with Dr. David Wolfe – fun :) This will be the first interview for the all–new Raw Food World Radio Show – yeeeeeeeeee–HAH ;)
All are welcome to listen in to the discussion freely, as they delve deep into the topics of health, longevity, travelling raw, growing food and any other area of conversation the incorrigible Mr. M might lead the discussion into... ;) The call starts at 6pm PST, 9pm EST and you can sign up to get the dial–in details HERE.

on August the 12th I had:

1 quart water
2.5 cups chai hazelnut milk
yummmmmy salad of sprouts, sunflower greens and sauerkrauts with almond butter, followed by a big dollop of 'God Butter'
1 quart water
2 cups goji juice with Marine Phytoplankton
1 cup coconut water with Greener Grasses powder
mug of freshly made reishi/herb tea – wow :)
1 cup water

on August the 13th I had:

1 quart water
3 cups greeeeeeeeeen juice
1 cup almond milk with vanilla stevia
big bowl of blueberries with almond butter
3 cups water
2 cups homemade reishi herbal tea
2 cups goji juice with Marine Phytoplankton
little bowl of blueberries, nectarine and figs with coconut butter
2 cups water


on August the 14th I had:

1 quart water
1 quart organic watermelon juice
20 chlorella nuts
box of fresh blueberries and peaches with almond butter
3 cups water
3 cups coconut water with Greener Grasses and Merlin's Elixir
big handful of green grapes with sauerkraut (don't know what happened there – body was asking for this ;), followed by a little bowl of avocado chunks with dulse strips, sprouts and more sauerkraut
3 cups water

LOVE this beautiful YouTube video sent in recently by Amanda – it is called 'Women in Art' and is a 3–minute moving, morphing montage of portraits of women over the last few hundred years – very interesting and gorgeous to see the goddess flow, me finds ;) ...and it's had over 9.5 million views as I write this - wow :) Thanks for sharing, Amanda ;)
