As you may recall, in honour of International Women's Day this year, those divine divas over at RawMom have lovingly pieced together an absolutely *fabulous*line-up of world-renowned speakers, for a *FREE* 10 day Summit, open to all, titled "WISH" or the "Women's International Summit for Health" :) It starts in less than a week now, on March 8th and if you haven't already registered, you can do so HERE.
Now as an extra-special gift, those yummy divas have agreed to give away one free 'access all areas' upgrade package for the Summit to one of *you*, so that after the free event, the winner will be able to listen back to all the interviews, peruse transcripts and so on, whenever they choose...
The summit starts on March the 8th and runs for 10 days, one topic a day, 40 outstanding speakers - it's going to be a marathon of love, light, care and connection. I'm really looking forward to it, there are so many wonderful people involved, such as:

1.5 cups water with Marine Phytoplankton

I am *delighted* to announce that we have Ice Cream Beans for sale at TheRawFoodWorld.com again - we just got another 80lbs of these delectable fruits and this is apparently the total end of the season - no more until next year...soooooo, if you didn't get your fingers wrapped around your own glory pods yet, you can hop on over HERE to pick some up - be warned though, you might wanna act *quick* - the 100lbs of these beans we had the week before sold out in a day...
Down here in Ecuador we found local "Ice Cream Beans" too - they seem to call them "guava" here...and what we call "guava" is "guayaba" here, apparently...which is a little confusing ;) You can see us discovering the local Ice Cream Beans and much more in the farmers' market here in Ecuador, in this video HERE - yummmmmmmmm ;)

3 cups outrageously nutrient-dense greeeeeeeeen juice, mixed with mineral-rich sugar cane juice

shared yummy bowl of fresh local kale salad: shredded kale, dulse, tomatoes, avocado, followed by banana ice cream with fresh Incan berries mixed in :))))

on March the 2nd I was blissed with:

1 quart water
1 quart *amazing* green juice with pineapple juice
3 cups greeeeeeen smoothie: mango, plantain, avocado, lettuce, cilantro, water
2 cups water
1 quart greeeeeeeeen juice with pineapple juice
collard wrap stuffed with YUMMY kale salad: kale, tomatoes, avocado, dulse, followed by a handful of fresh incan berries and a frozen banana :)
2 cups water


On March 7th, the next in the series of intended monthly Raw Vegan Bazaars will be held in Los Angeles and as part of the fun and games this time, dear Ms. Foxy Laura Fox has decided to host a "Truly Raw" Cacao Recipe Contest...
